The natural environment is abundant, such as the sports facilities (futsal court, basketball court, jockey court, badminton court) in the neighborhood park of 20,000 pyeong right behind the accommodation, and the Dulle-gil and coastal trails created throughout, so there is no shortage of loose rest. Parking is available in front of the accommodation building for free. If there is no space in front of the building, even if you park on the side of the road or in the vacant lot, there is no parking restriction because it is private in the village, so please refer to it. The accommodation is equipped with a 50-inch smart TV, fridge, drum washing machine, induction, microwave, electric kettle, pot, frying pan, and various tableware, and ceiling air conditioners are installed in each room and living room.

I highly recommend it if you have to stay with your family or friends in Songdo. It's a good value, and there are 4 rooms and 9 beds. 2 bathrooms. There was a dining table and 8 chairs, so we were able to use it without any shortage. Also, how clean it is, there's not a speck of dust on the interior accessories. The bathroom was clean without any mold. Central Park is about a 10-minute walk away. There is a Costco 5 minutes away from the complex, so you can also see the market. The best part is that the owner responds quickly and is very friendly. There are many good hotels around. I felt that this Airbnb also showed good quality as good as a hotel.

I recommend it to families going with babies! There was a baby chair, and there was a temperature-controlled water port, so it was comfortable to feed my baby without having to bring a lot of things from home! The view was also very good..!! Location is very near to Gayang Station Exit 5 (turn left once you get out from the exit). Toilet is clean. Grandmother is very kind and friendly, she gave us yogurt in the morning and talked to us even though we only could understand very simple Korean. She also offered us umbrellas in the morning and informed us that it will rain on that day based on the weather forecast. May grandmother always be healthy! :)
