Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Dongjak District

Good value for money. Very responsive and friendly host, I highly recommend this accommodation which was very well-equipped (with various cutlery, dishes, appliances, toiletries, etc.) We even had noodles and bottles of water upon arrival. The room was perfect with comfortable bedding (and air conditioning) Thanks a lot ☺️

We had a wonderful stay at Bora J House! 🌸🫶🏻❤️💕 The home was clean, cozy, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The location was peaceful and quiet, making it a nice place to relax after a long day. Although it's a bit far from central Seoul, we just started our days early to make the most of our plans..it was still totally worth it. Luna was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay from check-in to checkout. Her warm hospitality made us feel right at home, and we really appreciated the thoughtful touches around the house. One small thing to note: there were no big towels provided, so it’s good to bring your own if you prefer larger ones☺️ : maybe you can request from the host since we forgot to request😅 Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Bora J House. Overall, it was a satisfactory accommodation. It was a bit restricted to ventilate because it was a semi-basement, but it was a satisfactory accommodation, probably because the whole house was remodeled. I came by personal car, and I was glad that there was a parking area, but if you come by sedan, it seems like the underbody of the car will often touch the ground if you are not careful when parking. Really~ The subway Soongsil University Station is not far on foot~ Value for the money accommodation

We loved this Airbnb!! the rooms were spacious and the host had lots of pamphlets with instructions! the rooftop was amazing and we made some incredible memories here! when I come back to Seoul, I'll stay again!

Very clean and bright accommodation, very close to the subway station, you can take the airport bus to the airport, it's really very convenient! There are many restaurants and coffee shops around, so don't worry about not having food☺️

The accommodation was so neat and nice. Since it's Line 2, it was good to go anywhere in Seoul. There was a beam projector, so it was emotional It was nice to be able to sleep separately because there are 2 rooms. The 4 of us came to Seoul. Thanks to that, it was a perfect trip Host, you're so kind!!

We had such a lovely stay and made great memories here :) I saw some reviews mentioning that the place is a bit far from the station, but we took taxis and didn’t find it inconvenient at all. The neighborhood is great, with lots of restaurants, convenience stores, and everything we needed nearby. The apartment was just like the photos (clean, bright, and cozy!). It had everything we needed for daily living, and the area was quiet and felt safe, which made it perfect for traveling with family. Check-in and check-out were smooth, with clear instructions, and Miro was incredibly kind and thoughtful throughout our stay. He responded quickly whenever we had a question, and even prepared baby items for us, such a thoughtful gesture! If we come back to Korea, we’d definitely love to stay here again. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

It was clean and comfortable.

Great customer service. They responded within seconds to any questions we had. The photos are accurate. Seems like a new property. The air conditioning is fantastic. This is the first place where we stayed and the floor was heated. Many restaurants nearby. Several grocery stores by. Two 7-11’s within a 2 minute walk. This property is well worth the stay.

nice, quiet area! it is a little tucked away and around some construction, but it isn’t disruptive. great room and easily access the bus stops and subways in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay! Location was perfect and easy to many public transit options. Lots to eat and explore. The accommodation was extremely clean and matched the description. Our host was very generous and responsive- she even brought us extra coffee pods when we ran out! We highly recommend.

I had the best stay at Younggee’s apartment; the apartment is impeccable and extremely well kept. The area where the apartment is located is a lively area that is accessible to the central part of town. Unfortunately, I did not get to meet Younggee but she is extremely proactive and responsive regarding anything that has to do with the apartment. I had a great weekend at this apartment and I look forward to staying at Younggee’s again whenever I’m back in Seoul. 🤩😃😀

The best place to stay in Seoul for me. One of the greatest things is a location. I can get to the Inchon international airport using a 6017 bus right next to this location.

It was a great 10 night stay with their lovely place! It’s near the subway as well so its easy to go around the area. If you prefer a quiet place, away from the crowded area and near green Line 2, this is a place to choose from! They respond quick as well when you message them so, that’s a plus!

My wife and I stayed here for 1 week, and it was well worth what we paid. It was very easy to get around with the metro close by, do note that it’s a steep walk to the apartment if you have mobility issues. It was not a problem for us. The air conditioner worked amazing, as did the hot water. The bed was comfortable & the lack of bedsheets was not a problem and she had this comfy pad on the bad that did not move. The one night some neighbors were loud after quiet hours, we let Kelly know and she handled it very promptly for us, which we appreciated! There’s also a great Indian restaurant nearby, and lots of 7 elevens and other convenience stores. The quality for the price is amazing for Seoul, and we definitely recommend for your next stay if you want a central and affordable place!

I really enjoyed my time here, the flat was bigger than what I imagined it to be which was a pleasant surprise but it wasn’t too big either - the perfect size for one. The location is great and near the station and near a bus stop for the airport bus limousine service The hosts were very helpful and responsive, clear instructions provided with images everywhere Overall a very nice and pleasant stay, thank you again

Great location with numerous restaurants in the area, and access to multiple subway lines as well! The place was quaint and the small touch of setting up the radio to Seoul’s classical music station was really nice. We can’t wait to come back for another trip in the future!

This place is Very convenient! There’s a lot of local restaurants and cafés nearby. Also the Subway is just down the street.

Fun stay in an interesting neighbourhood! The place was extremely clean and very comfortable. The host was very friendly and answered all questions quickly. Things were generally as-expected and the experience was seamless and enjoyable. The floating bed was a unique touch and we enjoyed it, but those who are especially tall or have limited mobility might find it a challenge to get in and out of.

Very easy to find and clear instructions from the host. It's very near a busstop for a direct bus to the airport as well which I found very convenient. The room itself has all basic amenities and is spacious and very clean. Just note that the mattress is quite hard if you're sensitive to that. It wasn't a problem for me and I would definitely like to come back sometime.

Great space. Just enough for one person. I think two people would feel cramped. The space is smaller than in the pictures. I like how she decorated the place. It added more warmth to the room. I enjoyed chilling with the warm lighting and under the covers at night. It felt cosy and like home. Host is kind and allowed an early check in, with specific instructions on how to get to her place. She also recommended me places to visit nearby and responded quickly whenever I asked her questions. I’m a solo female traveler so I felt safe because there’s two passcodes to enter the building, unlock the door and a small lift. Cons: There is a steep slope you have to climb before reaching the Airbnb. So pushing luggage up & down is a hassle. The toilet is also really small. It takes about an hour if you want to go to myeongdong/gangnam/dongdaemun. But the airbnb is closer to the airport and highly accessible via bus/train. Overall, great deal for the price! You get what you pay for!

It was a very pleasant stay, very close to Hongdae, I think Hongdae is the best place to visit, and the homestay is very close to the subway station bus station, so it is very convenient to stay here.The homestay is very cozy and feels very homey. The room is not the same as a normal homestay. There are kitchen utensils, washing machine, dryer, laundry detergent, and even curling hair sticks. It is super friendly to girls, and the surrounding environment is very quiet. At night, you don't have to worry about being noisy.The host is also huge and responsive.It's very hard to walk around, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I come.
