Great stay! Well worth it and very convenient.

Had a great stay throughout our stay in Seoul! We extended our trip and the host kindly assisted us with extending our stay at his place. Both of the hosts are very kind, friendly and replies to our enquiries promptly. The place was very clean, aesthetic & comfortable. The check in process was very smooth as well. Convenient location with a convenience store, coffee shop, Olive Young & well connected to public transport as well! Will definitely come back & stay at his place again. Highly recommended! 😊

Our stay at Paul’s apartment in Seoul was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The apartment was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as shown in the photos—if not better. It was modern, cozy, and fully equipped with all the essentials we needed for a comfortable stay, including fast Wi-Fi, kitchen utilities, fresh linens, and even thoughtful little extras like snacks and toiletries. The location was ideal—close to public transportation, convenience stores, and several great restaurants. We could easily explore top attractions like Myeongdong, Gyeongbokgung Palace, and N Seoul Tower without any hassle. What made the experience truly special was our host, Paul. He was incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful throughout the entire trip. From giving us local tips to checking in on us during our stay, he made us feel very welcome and well cared for. It’s clear that he genuinely wants his guests to have the best possible experience.

Minji was a highly communicative and considerate host, ensuring a smooth check in experience with her proactive messages on the day of arrival. The accommodation faces a small hill as shown in the photos, which provides a sense of privacy even when using the balcony. The surrounding neighborhood consists of local residences, making it a peaceful and quiet place to stay. There are local restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores within walking distance, and parking in the area was hassle free. One thing to note: while Minji did explain this in advance, the elevator does not reach the top floor, so guests with large suitcases may need to make a bit of extra effort. Also, the ceiling is sloped and relatively low in some areas, which could be slightly inconvenient for taller guests.

The apartment was perfect for three adults. Roomy, very clean and well appointed. And there was a thriving, lively shopping and restaurant district steps from the unit. Plus, the green circle line subway, which we used every day, was less than 10 minutes by foot. The only downside is the area is a bit noisy at night because of all the young people out partying until the morning hours. Still, none of us had problems sleeping. Finally, the hosts were very responsive and kind. We would stay here again!

Woohee’s apartment was a great for my husband and I during our 4 day trip to Seoul. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and quiet which was great to unwind after long days of site seeing and shopping. Also, lots of space and drawers for storage. Woohee & Erin were able to accommodate with self check in since our flight came in later in the evening. Again, they provided really clear instructions on how to access the apartment and videos on how to turn on the AC & fan since the remotes are all in Korean. Having the washer and dryer in the apartment was also a great feature. Apartment is walkable to a lot of nearby restaurants & metro stations. Several bus lines also stop in front of the building, including the airport limousine shuttle bus, so no lugging suitcases to and from train stations to the airport. Overall, amazing stay.

The flat is located really near the subway station, it was very convenient, also the view from the living room was amazing. We had a great stay in there !

I'm leaving a review after really investing my money. I found this place while looking for a place to stay near Gimpo Airport the day before my trip... and it was really great. If you take Line 5, it's just 20 minutes to Kimpo Airport. What's airport accessibility? Really... I don't feel anxious even if I sleep late. 😅😅 The location is also great. 5 minutes on foot from Yeongdeungpo Market Station? Even if you take it generously, that's about it, and Times Square and Shinsegae Department Store are also within walking distance. You can shop, eat, and take a walk at once, so the day goes by quickly. But the real TMI of this accommodation is that it's close to the hip Munae-dong these days, so it's perfect for exploring restaurants. 🔥🔥 From cafes with a great atmosphere, local restaurants, to dessert tours... I can play like a kid who knows the trends these days. A course that will satisfy everyone, whether you come alone, with a friend, or even bring a foreign friend. If you're looking for a place with a location + flow + atmosphere, this is the place to be. Good airport accessibility, rising station area, and a combination of plenty of things to do and eat... I'll come back with the conclusion. 🤗🤗

Gaya, very much thank you for the perfect korea holiday as he was so helpful on everything. Transport, Food, deliveries, places. you name it he got it. Moon was a very very perfect tour guide as well, friendly, helpful, making sure everyone was looked after. If anyone travelling to Korea, just look for gaya or Coze group and you will have a hassle free holiday despite having elders or babies. Very much highly recommended to stay with Coze vacation rentals.

As I saw in the photos, it was actually spacious and tidy, so I felt good from the first time I entered. The host was kind, so I made a reservation in a hurry, but I was able to stay without any inconvenience, and it was close to the subway station and close to the city, so it was convenient to get around. The whole family was satisfied and stayed comfortably. If I have to come to Seoul, I would definitely like to visit again.

My family of 4 stayed for 12 days and we had a great time. The location is great, easily walkable to 2 subway stations and there were plenty of restaurants and shops in the area. It was also close to many of the big attractions via subway. We used Uber some when the kids were tired of walking (they are only 7 & 3 so the long days would wear on them) and we had no trouble getting an uber most of the time. It was nice to have the refrigerator so we were be able to get some groceries and not have to go out to eat every meal. The washing machine was a fantastic amenity to have as we were able to pack less and clean our clothes since the kids tend to get messy. The ambient city noise was nice and never a disturbance to any of us sleeping. The hosts were responsive and helpful, we couldn’t ask for more from them. This is the perfect place to stay with a family.

We loved our stay, the place was cozy and close to lots of good restaurants and station! Most of all, the hosts were wonderful and lovely, and could feel that they wanted us to have a comfortable stay, thank you so much and we would definitely come back 😊🙏

Beautiful home, great location, reasonable price, and host was thorough in their instructions.

Simply put, one of the best places we have ever stayed. KJ and Paul could not be more helpful and kind. The place is so beautiful and chic, we wish we could live there full time. And the neighborhood is perfect for visiting Seoul: centrally located, convenient to restaurants and subway, and utterly charming. Please note that there is a small attic with a mat on the floor that can be used as a third bedroom, just ask for bedding. It might be a tight fit for some but was perfect for our teenager and I think would be fine for a smaller adult as well. Do yourself a favor and stay here. Just be forewarned that you might fall in love and never want to leave!

It’s a beautiful house, that you can actually live in with all the amenities provided! Nice design touches, especially the bookshelf, and view. Given it wasn’t our first time in Seoul, we didn’t mind a less central location — please don’t dismiss the uphills around the neighbourhood, on hot days they can be very challenging!

The owner was very kind and specially prepared posters of our favorite groups for us, which was very touching😭.The accommodation is also clean and pleasant ~

We were looking for a place clean and large enough for our 1 year old to crawl around in a nice neighborhood to walk around in. The place is very clean, has a great view, all the furniture and amenities were high quality, conveniently located, easy to park in. Large supermarket and shopping mall is right around the corner and two subway lines that connect to the main areas in the city are 5 minute walking distance away. Airport bus stops rigth in front of the apartment. Building is easy access, elevators work great, quiet neighbors. Overall we couldn't have been happier! We'd love to come back and stay here again next time we're back in Seoul to visit our family.

Overall, I'm satisfied with the condition of the accommodation and the friendliness of the host. However, due to the location of the accommodation, it was a bit of a pity that there were places to go around. There is a disadvantage that you have to travel by car, and there is a slight inconvenience to walk around.

The house is very nice, fully equipped with all the amenities, just as comfortable as at home.The space is very spacious, the kids can run and play, not far away is a big supermarket, there are many convenience stores, transportation is just a few steps from the door, and then the subway can go anywhere.The landlord is very friendly and helped me print the information. I was very happy to stay in this house. You will not be disappointed.
