Norita’s home is a lovely home and fit U.S. perfectly! The beds were comfy and the kitchen well stocked. The addition of the sheep’s and chickens added to the tranquil setting. The welcome gifts from the “girls in the garden” were delightful! She even made dinner reservations at the Smugglers Creek Restaurant (fabulous location and exceptional food) and arranged a taxi pick for us. A++++

Beautiful home the views are outstanding especially if the sun is out. David was great we had trouble connecting to the WiFi as my son had accidentally turned off a plug in a bedroom this could have been a nightmare (can you imagine a 9year old with no WiFi) David called my straight away and explained what to do to fix it. Rossnowlagh beach is close and also the smugglers creek inn was a highlight for dinner if i get the chance il definitely be back.

We had a beautiful long weekend in this gorgeous cottage. Stunning views, close to plenty of amazing beaches, drives and walks with a great village just minutes away. Gareth was incredibly helpful and friendly and made us feel welcome and at home. Will definitely be back!

Cosy, warm, bright, airy and exceptionally clean. Very well equipped throughout, particularly the kitchen. The cottage is a great place to experience the Rosguill peninsula regardless of the changeable Donegal weather. In particular, the sunroom has beautiful views across Sheephaven bay. It was a perfect place for our two dogs. Close to beaches & an ideal location for an superb stay in the Downings area.

a lovely stay for a short time. not much to do in the area so wouldn't be ideal for a long stay, but was perfect for the weekend away. house was perfect and very clean with anything you need! really enjoyed our stay and the hottub was amazing!

3rd stay at the Hidden Gem and consistently an amazing spot to unwind and relax - last stay was a few years ago in 2018, and the standards are still as exceptionally high. Accommodation is spotless - it has everything you need to feel at home, and the host was very helpful before and during our stay with recommendations of local events. A welcome pack of bananas, crisps, biscuits and milk, all you need to kick in and relax straight away - Accommodation is well equipped -Mary Frances has thought of everything! There's enough between the accommodation (pool table, Pinball, Bar games, TV) and local walks/beaches to keep any age happy. Just an overall great place to switch off and spend some time with the important people in your life. will be back as soon as we can, as it's just perfect.

Loved our stay out in Teelin. Lovely walk down to the Rusty Mackerel and over the hill to the slieve league cliffs. Stayed late for craic at the Mackerel a couple of nights. Good base to explore Donegal county. Sauna in the house was much appreciated too.

A peaceful haven to come back to after a busy day exploring the area. MO’s place is beautifully decorated and the many Irish throws provide comfort and cosiness that ensure a rest after long days. Highly recommend. Perfect for one or a couple with different spaces to sit and relax including outside where birds visit the feeders which is mesmerizing.

11/10, could not recommend enough. After a long day came in at 0100 and was greeted by homemade brownies on the counter and breakfast supplies including eggs. Host was absolutely lovely and place was really nice. Wonderfully quiet.

it was a great stay. very loving. we still got breakfast prepared by Rosemary and her dog greeted us warmly and said goodbye. very quiet location. ideal for travelers with a vehicle.

We have had a lovely few days at the Stumble Inn. The apartment is spacious, clean and well stocked with all the bits and bobs needed for a comfortable stay. Super comfy bed and lovely big walk in shower. Daisy’s place is situated really conveniently for all amenities in Dunfanaghy and to be able to explore the area with ease. Daisy was really helpful with advice and recommendations. We ate at Lizzie’s Diner just a few steps up the road which was lovely and also at the Bridge Bar restaurant in Ramelton which was excellent! Also loved the music in the local pubs in Dunfanaghy. Thanks so much for a lovely stay……would not hesitate to stay here again!

Fabulous location in the center of town. Apartment is spacious and washing machine very convenient!

Eileen & Paul will go out of their ways to make sure you have the best possible stay. They get back to you quickly & are so kind & will give the best local recommendations if needed. This town as well is charming & the house is quaint & cozy. This is the perfect place to learn a lot more about the Irish culture. You’ll also be sure to see some of the most breathtaking views you could ever see. I can’t hype up this spot & this home enough. It was the trip of a lifetime.

We have stayed here many times and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves again. A lovely flat in a great location with super hosts.

I stayed 2 nights at Ann's cottage and enjoyed it very much. The cottage is very comfortable with lovely view out over the water and surrounding area. Easy to find using eircode and google maps..great base to explore the are. Ann was a very helpful and accommodating host. I would stay again

Joanne and Pats are very welcoming hosts, and offer good tips. The cottage, in addition to being superbly located in nature, is well-equipped and very functional. We had a great time there.

This is the third time I have stayed at Martin’s place. Like the other 2 times, it did not disappoint. The only problem I had was the fact that I had to check out!!! Already looking forward to the next visit.

Lovely stay in Caroline's upstairs accommodation. A home from home in a peaceful, green and remote location. Caroline's welcome was warm and generous. Would certainly stay again

David could not have been more than helpful. All the check in instructions etc were very clear. He gave us a list of places to visit as well as for food and drink. We were left treats for us to enjoy during our stay. The location of the flat was ideal and made our trip very enjoyable.

What can we say, our stay was so perfect from start to end. Brian and Marion are wonderful hosts, welcoming, friendly, helpful and kind. Muff is a lovely little town and this property is perfectly located for exploring all around this charming area of Ireland. Nothing was too much trouble, the property is so well equipped for everything we could have needed and more. We stayed with our 9 month old baby and she was well catered for too with a travel crib all set up and ready to go. Small touches like fresh milk, biscuits, personal recommendations all to hand on arrival, we couldn’t have wished for more. Ruby their beautiful little dog is so friendly and docile if we could have snuck her home with us we would have. The place is absolutely spotless, beds are comfortable with loads of pillows to choose from, anything you can think of that you might need is already there. Overall this has been a lovely little getaway for our family and made perfect by staying at this beautiful house.

Lovely convenient accommodation right in the heart of Dungloe town yet very quiet and comfortable. We would recommend this location to anyone staying in this beautiful part of Donegal. Nice shops and cafes nearby and it’s an easy walk to the restaurants and pubs. Maria is a great host and it was a very relaxing few days in her accommodation.

Peaceful and beautiful area, cosy cottage. We found the drive to Magheraoarty harbour for the ferry to Tory very lovely. The weather looked grim in the morning, so we nearly cancelled but the weather changed and we saw the island under blue skies and sun. We enjoyed exploring the north west shoulder of Ireland; Dungloe, Benburb and Cruit Island, to the pier. The road to the pier passed through a golf course. It looked deserted but a golfer , obscured by a small hill, hit his ball and cracked the corner of my partner's windscreen! It's often when you leave the bigger roads that you see all the lovely settlements overlooking the sea. These roads can be tiring for the driver who needs to be constantly watching for oncoming traffic on roads where it is difficult for cars to pass without a passing place. We only had a few days but returned restored, via Ards Foret Park.

Small but mighty. Wasn't fan of the carpeted stairs, for rainy days, since there isn't a private water resistant area to leave wet shoes, until you get up stairs to the kitchen/living room.

Ann’s place was lovely to stay in. Everything was clean and tidy. Ann was very helpful and even picked me up in town after I got off the bus. I would recommend Ann’s place to anyone.
