The living room was fantastic. Very nice apartment, clean and fresh. In a few minutes by scooter or car you can reach beautiful beaches. Very precious Cristina who was always very helpful and made us feel at home and pampered from start to finish, she gave us great advice and really went above and beyond, fulfilling all our requests with kindness and cordiality. You can go with your eyes closed!

Location perfectly fit the description. Casa di Luca is set in a small oasis with perfectly curated greenery enriched by a large pool. The distance from the sea is not a problem thanks to the presence of a large parking lot near the beaches. Thank you Luca for your kindness and availability. Recommended location for those looking for a little tranquility just a stone's throw from a dream sea.

Beautiful apartment with excellent restaurant recommendations from Francesca! We particularly loved Arke and the local Enoteca. Road parking was never available during our stay, but there was a very affordable car park around the corner.

Marco's stay was above expectations . He, a nice person, check-in was easy, he was always kind and helpful, he gave us many directions about beaches and restaurants to go to, he showed us the parking space (a real luck if you are staying in Villasimius, as there are only places for a fee) and showed us the house, explaining in detail both the comforts and, of course, also how to maintain it (which we found really useful since in Sardinia, not by us, we use to do the differentiation so that every day a certain collection bin is taken out). The house was even more beautiful than in the photo, very clean, nothing was missing, a beautiful terrace on the ground floor and a balcony on the first floor overlooking the sea. In addition, the accommodation is located exactly in the center of Villasimius, so for summer evenings, very very comfortable. In short, the experience deserves all 5 stars!! Thank you Marco.

The apartment is very nice, located in a good location, parking space not reserved but easy parking just outside the gate, ventilated area, we only turned on the air conditioner for 1 hour. Since everything was perfect, we tried to reciprocate by leaving the premises clean as we found them (except for the separate collection that the host kindly brought to the municipal collection point when we left.

We loved our vacation at Constanza and Mauro's property. The house and pool are very well maintained and everything is pleasantly clean. We were able to sleep super well, because it is very quiet in the residential area; the air conditioning was also a blessing in the warm temperatures. We had great playground equipment on site, such as a pool volleyball game and a table tennis table, which was a lot of fun. Near the house there are beautiful sandy beaches, and we enjoyed the nights in Cagliari as a family very much and had wonderful food, e.g. in the Aquarium - a great pizzeria, restaurant and bar under palm trees. We got great excursion tips from Constanza, so it was very varied and relaxing for us at the same time. Thank you so much for our great family vacation. We'd love to come back and recommend your place with all our heart.

The stay was very nice overall. Communication was mainly through the host's son, who speaks English very well and gave us helpful tips on activities and restaurants in the area. The complex is very well maintained, the pool is large and clean, and the view was very nice. For the host, it was okay that friends visited us at the pool. A note for dog owners: Our unsterilized male and the free-running female on the property were difficult to separate, which led to some effort. However, after consultation with the host, a solution was found.

We (young family with small child) had a very nice time in the accommodation. The apartment is cozy and well equipped – it has everything you need. The well-kept garden with garden hose is particularly comfortable. It is only a 5-minute walk to the sea, the beach is wonderful and not crowded. Unfortunately, the nearby supermarket was still closed, but in Pula you can get there in a few minutes by car. There you will find everything you need – including nice restaurants and evening programs. We can definitely recommend the place!

An incredible place, very soulful, beautiful, cozy, and convenient. Very clean and very spacious (much more spacious than it looks in the photos) A stunning beach is just a 3-5 minute walk away, as well as a supermarket and cafes. We stayed as a family, myself, my husband, and our daughter, and we were very sad to leave after three days. Deborah is wonderful and responsive! We highly recommend this beautiful house. Great place for a long weekend or week. Close to beach. Dramatic hiking. Both walkable. Good restaurants but need a car for that. Comfortable beds. Everything worked. I e were there off season. It may be busier in summer.

We were very lucky to spend two beautiful weeks in this charming little vacation home in Villasimius – and we are very satisfied. The house itself is compact, but very lovingly decorated and well equipped. Everything was sparkling clean, well-maintained and worked perfectly – from the kitchen to the shower to the air conditioning. You immediately notice that they work here with a lot of care and attention to detail. We would like to emphasize the warm hospitality of the host. He was always available, very friendly and helpful – whether with questions about the accommodation or with great tips for excursions and restaurants in the area. However, we were even more impressed by the cleaning staff: she was not only extremely thorough, but also incredibly nice and helpful. Her support and that of her husband helped us a lot at the beginning of the stay and saved our stay. We would come back.

Efisio and Luisa were amazing hosts. Luisa sent recommendations for restaurants that really saved us that first night when we were getting in late. The place was clean and really nice, just like the pictures. Having an off-street parking space was a huge bonus since parking is impossible to find in a city like this.

An absolute recommendation! The house is in a wonderful location, very quiet and overlooking the sea, in a few minutes you have reached the nearest beach and soon also shops and restaurants. There are some worthwhile excursions along the coast. Paolo responds very quickly and courteously and Alessandro on site is also very friendly and helpful. We will be happy to come back.

Beautiful area with beautiful beaches easily accessible on foot (between 10 and 20 minutes), as well as a pharmacy and shops (10 minutes on foot). Large accommodation with plenty of space for 2 families (ground floor). Very quiet in the evening. If the upstairs floor is rented at the same time, there is obviously more noise and a risk of energy overload. The house is beautiful and airy (with some things to fix due to years of wear) and with thick white walls that keep it cool on hot days. The kitchen is well-equipped with new appliances (microwave, large refrigerator, oven, and ceramic hob). The garden that surrounds it is large with many plants (a little suffering), parking for several cars and a large space for dining under the stars. We had contact with Stefano, the son of the owner, who was very helpful and kind. We had a great time (a group of 5 adults). Accommodation to recommend if you are looking for the real Sardinia!

Monica and the Right House team were fantastic! After a horrible airbnb experience earlier that day, we were looking for last minute accommodation of somewhere else to spend the night at 9pm and Monica and her team answered us quickly even at the late hour to confirm our reservation. She also met us at 10:30pm to check us in personally. It was such a relief after a very unsettling experience earlier in the day. Her home is in arguably one of the best streets in Cagliari. Very clean flat, just like the photos, felt very safe, and was comfortable. It was so nice to open the balcony doors and let in fresh air and hear the sounds of the city. With windows closed it was very quiet! We spent two nights there. If you're going to Cagliari for a city trip Monica's place is great. You can walk everywhere. Note: there is not free parking nearby, you need to park in a garage ~10 mins walk away. You will not be disappointed by booking here. :)

Perfect for going with your partner, the area is beautiful and right in the center of Castello. Very well equipped. Vitor is very attentive and friendly.

Staying with Cristina and Paolo was a wonderful experience. They were very nice people and helpful. The clean and tidy apartment has everything you need for a family of 4. Super spacious kitchen and living area with everything you need for cooking. Also use private off-street parking if needed. Within walking distance is a small beach and shops, as well as restaurant, pharmacy, MD supermarket and etc. If they drive a little further, they have the most beautiful beaches with turquoise waters. I can only recommend another stay with Cristina and Paolo.

We had a great stay at Elisa's place with our 2 small children. The house is big and well maintained, very clean and has everything you need. We loved the dogs, cat and horses. Especially the closed patio with the BBQ was great! The pool has some nice shade in the afternoon, perfect for kids.

This was our second stay with Andrea and Lana and it was every bit as brilliant as last year. They are such warm, friendly and helpful hosts. In particular we love the pool and garden. This year, in addition to visiting the wonderful local beaches, we took a 3 hour boat trip from Villasimius port round Capo Carbonara where you could swim from the boat and also visited a couple of beaches on the Costa Rei. Right at the north end there are some wild and unspoilt beaches with incredible water and it’s possible to do a not too arduous walk to the lighthouse Capo Ferraro with incredible views. We’d definitely love to return again one day.

The location of the flat couldn't be better. It's close to restaurants, shops, and it's easy to get to the beaches. The flat itself is spacious, clean, well-equipped, and very beautiful. I highly recommend it!
