‘Villa Carlotta’ is a home just 150 meters from the sea, surrounded by a large garden with two lovely terraces on which you can eat and entertain in total calm. On the second floor, there are the two bedrooms and the bathroom complete with sink, toilet, bidet, shower and washing machine.
