You have a self-contained apartment / 40 m² on the ground floor. The terrace invites you to linger. The 2 beds are 1 m wide and 2 m long. The sofa bed is 2 × 2 m and can be used as a 3rd bed. Billiards, darts, etc. are available for you. Hiking through the vineyards of Seußlitz and the Elbe cycle path, only 400 m away, invite you. Parking and 2 bicycles are available free of charge. Quiet, very nice house/property near the Elbe.

Beautiful, secluded and very quiet property at the end of the small village. Beautiful view from the upper terrace over the Elbe landscape and the Elbe. The Elbe is about 400 m away. The Alte Elbe Kathewitz Nature Reserve begins 200 m away. Large hedges to the neighboring properties and a separate door to the Elbe dam. The house is good for up to 4 people. With an extra bed, however, it can also accommodate up to 6 people. Please feel free to ask.

Little book house on Lake Bergwitz

Our vacation home is located 12 km south of Lutherstadt Wittenberg. The old house, about 90 m², was lovingly renovated by us and the character was largely preserved. On the lower floor there is a kitchen-living room with seating for 6 people, a bathroom with bathtub and a living room. On the upper floor there are two separate bedrooms and a toilet. The house is on the same property as our house, so we are available to answer any questions.

The detached house in the small town of Annaburg is just a few meters from the Annaburger Heide. It has a double bedroom, TV and desk on the upper floor, a small bedroom with single bed and sofa bed for one person and a small bathroom with toilet and sink. In the basement there is a kitchen (no dishwasher), living room with fireplace and TV, bathroom with shower and toilet. The garden invites you to relax. Children and pets are welcome!

We offer a beautiful flat in the Gohlis neighborhood of Leipzig. The flat is fully furnished with everything you need for a short or long stay. The location is very central, with a tram and a bus stop right in front of the door, and an Sbahn station 500m away. It only takes you 10 minutes to the center by tram.
