From the apartment to the nearest swimming facility in Lake Schwerin, it takes 3 minutes on foot... to the castle you can reach on a beautiful shore path in 20 minutes and the city center is not much further. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest within a 3-minute walk. The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 square meters)... there is also a second toilet (not pictured).You have a terrace and can barbecue in the garden. Heating/hot water are guaranteed.

If you don't want to drive, bus line 5005 leaves almost right outside the door. You can reach the apartment via a separate entrance. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a shower toilet, a combined living room and bedroom A washing machine, towels, bed linens, TV and Wi-Fi are available for free use.

Mit der Fahrradfähre seid ihr in 5 Minuten auf der anderen Elbseite von wo aus euch ein angenehm befahrbarer Radweg immer den Fluss entlang führt. P.s. The apartment is fantastically located between a large organic orchard meadow and an 18-hole golf course. The garden and meadow offer you plenty of opportunities to relax and enjoy nature. Unfortunately, our farm is not suitable for excessive parties. Our house was built around 1850. The house & barn of the listed 3-sided courtyard are built in oak half-timbering. There are 10 wedding linden trees around the house. In November, when the lime trees are pruned, the house can be seen in all its splendor. From May onwards, it slowly disappears behind shady foliage, and so remains wonderfully cool throughout the summer... 

In the heart of Lüneburg

Our cozy apartment on the mezzanine floor of an old Lüneburg townhouse was renovated in 2022 and lovingly refurnished. The apartment is located on the edge of the old town in a quiet one-way street with little traffic, just a few minutes walk from the center on the sand. Restaurants, cafes and shopping are immediately accessible. Please note that smoking is not allowed in the apartment. No pets allowed.

In my large farmhouse in rural idyll, an apartment for 4 people is available. Located in the Elbe floodplains in the district of Neuhaus, it is also not far to Lüneburg, Schwerin or Dömitz. At the confluence of Sude/Rögnitz (on the property) you can watch beavers and nutrias. Simply ideal for relaxing and hiking. The floor area is about 100 square meters.

The rural surroundings invite you to go on excursions, especially bike tours. The beautiful city of Dannenberg is about 3 km away and has all the shopping (bakery, supermarket, ...).
