Vacation rentals with a patio in Dominican Republic

Magdalena is great, friendly, kind, very willing to help, I felt at home. And the apartment is too beautiful and the view is too divine. You have to experience it. It's worth every peso paid. I'll definitely be back soon.

I only went one night and I really liked everything. It was well located, it was clean, organized, nice, everything worked. If I had to rent it again, I would definitely do it again

Great stay and even better host! Very friendly and accommodating, and the staff on premise is very helpful and friendly. Most reviews mentioned the road and I feel like most cars could make it just bumpy, but 110% worth it. The views are amazing the pictures don’t do it justice. Super close to a lot of attractions, also amazing you can have things delivered to your door we very much enjoyed that. Totally recommend!

Jules' place is excellent - you won't regret choosing to stay here. The rooftop is incredible and the living quarters are very comfortable, with a well equipped kitchen. Whilst we had a couple of issues with the bathrooms (which Jules sought to fix as soon as we let him know), they were both excellent, with powerful showers. The air conditioning is wonderful and kicks in very quickly. The downstairs balcony is great for enjoying the warm weather without direct sun. There is loads of outdoor furniture in both outdoor spaces, which was really appreciated (although we have to admit, we were a tiny bit disappointed that the egg chair is no longer outside - it's inside, on the top floor). We would have benefited from a sun shade on the roof. We found that the Airbnb map took our driver to the wrong location, so best to use Google Maps (or ask the driver to take you to Citrus restaurant and then do the route from there, as it's only a few metres from there). Excellent stay overall!

We had an amazing time at casa madera! Not only was Jennifer extremely responsive to our questions and requests, Dora, the housekeeper, was absolutely an angel. The food she prepared left us feeling like home. We had a 3 year old and I am very pregnant and it was the perfect combination of a serene place for me to rest while the 3 year old wasn’t short of places to run and play (the pool, walkable beach, kid friendly excursions, a kayak, places to walk and ground) 10/10 would recommend to friends and family! I hope to visit again in the future.

We absolutely loved this place — it was truly beautiful! The pictures don’t do it justice. Clemente was an amazing host: attentive, professional, and welcoming. The house was spotless and fully equipped with all the amenities we needed. My family felt very safe throughout our stay. We enjoyed every moment and will definitely be coming back. Jonathan was an amazing host. I was celebrating a special birthday and was nervous about the property, etc.; however, he was very responsive and ensured me that I would be pleased and have an excellent experience at the villa and on the resort. He could not have been more accurate. He assigned a personal concierge who met us upon our arrival on the resort and who ensured we received the very best experience during our stay. The villa and resort were a beautiful tropical paradise and amazing. There was a housekeeper who ensured the villa was cleaned daily. We had a private chef prepare a delicious BBQ dinner one night of our stay. There were tons of restaurants, pools, bars, and activities throughout the resort to choose from. I couldn’t have imagined in my wildest dreams how great this stay and experience would have been. I am so happy that I selected this villa and resort to celebrate my birthday. I would definitely book and stay in his property again and recommend his property.

It was PERFECT! If you and the boys want to have a great getaway this is 1000% the ideal spot everything was as it looked in the pictures the host and guide Louis was amazing anything we needed he accommodated! LOVED IT! Will definitely be back next year!

I recommend this property, it is beautiful and clean, equipped with everything. It has spacious rooms and very modern bathrooms, hot water and many towels for the whole family. The pool area is beautiful, where you have a good time with family or friends. Everything works well and the hosts are attentive. Thank you Andres and Aracelis.

The stay was great! I loved the communication with the host and co-hosts. They gave clear instructions and greeted us upon arrival. The property is conveniently located close to downtown Punta Cana and shopping centers. The space was tastefully decorated and clean. The private pool and spa were a great addition to the stay. The community is a beautiful oasis with lots of activities on site. The bar and lagoon were also enjoyable! The hosts are extremely pleasant and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again!

Carlos place is one of my all time favorite. It has everything I needed and wanted. It was exactly as he described, very clean, spacious and comfortable, and in a private secured location. Restaurants and entertainment is in walking distance. Carlos was very responsive on anything you needed. This will be my choice to stay when I’m visiting Santo Domingo. Thank you Carlos!
