I’ve stayed at Jose’s residence a few times, and he’s the best host I’ve ever encountered on Airbnb. He’s extremely flexible, nice, communicative, reliable, and helpful. I will always and forever stay here for my travels.

Loved staying at Melissa’s place, felt just like home. Great location, beautifully decorated, up to date appliances, etc. I would say the best place we’ve staying in so far at Portillo Residences! Melissa was also ALWAYS available, replied very quickly, and very helpful. I will definitely be back!

We had a great stay. The place was very clean, well equipped and as shown in the pictures. The area is quiet and safe, ideal to rest. Recommended!

Excellent place, really everything is very good, better than in the photos, very comfortable, really 18 minutes from the airport, very comfortable bed, all the necessary utensils for cooking, the entrance is very easy and the neighborhood is safe and quiet

My family and I had a great stay. Very well kept apartment and property. Peaceful and family friendly. We loved the convenient space distribution and decor. Everything in the unit is clean, quality and as good as new, from the shower head to the cutlery and appliances. Our host Julio was friendly, proactive and responded to contact within minutes. Every detail has been considered in this Airbnb. If you are looking to making the most of your time in Las Terrenas, consider booking here and also asking for María Lidia to help tidy up the apartment and to cook breakfast while you enjoy the beach and beautiful surroundings. It has a very good location, everything is close, whether it's the supermarket, pharmacy, among others. Everything was clean, everything was organized, the staff was very attentive. I had a great time 👍🏻✨

We had a great time during our time there. It was really good to be able to go around cap Cana and to enjoy Juanillo beach and the blue lagoon. Jesús was very approachable and communication with him was 10 out of 10. Definitely recommend Jesús' place if you want to have a nice and peaceful time

A wonderful place, surrounded by nature, everything is quiet, ideal to disconnect, we were super delighted, and it is a place that we will surely return to because it is really worth it. We had such a wonderful stay! This was our first vacation with our 18 month old toddler, which we were so scared of - but it was so so perfect. The house had everything we needed for him, crib, high chair, microwave for his milk, etc. Carlos' communication was amazing, he always responded immediately and helped us with absolutely everything we needed (airport cars, a buggy rental at the house, massages, etc). The house was beautiful as was the location. The beach we could walk to was fantastic! Also Jackie, who cooked all our meals was AMAZING! Her food was beyond delicious, she was so sweet and kind, and our 18 month old toddler was absolutely in love with her. Can't recommend enough, definitely going back!

This Airbnb was a true gem! Elvys was an amazing host, and the property was even better than the photos. This was my second stayed at this house, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely book again.

Paradise!! Monica was very responsive and you can't beat the location. I knew the beach was close, just not that close. Literally 5-8 minutes walk. Coming back for the whole summer!!

We had a lot of fun, the house is very big and has a lot of amenities, everything is just like in the pictures. We didnt have the cooking/cleaning staff available to us and with such a large house it wouldve been very helpful, but we do understand that it is a big national holiday. Keisy(the man who takes care of things around the house) was amazing, he was always there available for anything we needed, whether it was a question about the house or a quick run to the market to buy supplies. The only complaint we had was that the wooden roof seems to have a filtration issue, it didnt happen at first but after a few hours of rain it started dripping, it was fine in the concrete areas so i would guess that the wooden roof got saturated with water.

Aidin is a great property manager. This is the 2nd time that I am at one of his properties. Aidin is friendly, accessible and follows up. I would definitely use this or another of his properties.

Marie responds very quickly and is super attentive to any detail you need. The place is great, it's always a pleasure to return to Cap Cana

We had an amazing time. The condo was everything we needed for our week long trip. It was comfortable and convenient. I would definitely book this location again and recommend it to anyone needing a place to stay in Santiago.
