If you’ve ever even remotely considered kite surfing, this is the place to learn. The conditions are ideal for learning. You can also just relax on the beach, eat fresh fish, and take a boat tour to snorkel and fish. As advertised you are essentially camping but they do their best to make everything clean and comfortable.

I extended my stay at Luis'. Bungalow near the beach and walking distance everywhere. Will be happy to come back

Excellent place to learn kite, the staff team are the best, super attentive, the delicious food, spend the whole day at the beach, I was lent equipment to paddle, Kayak and Snorking. I learned a lot with Miky and David. Helen is super attentive and efficient, she explained every detail to us. I definitely didn't want to go.

This place was totally amazing!! Best vacation and stay ever!! We were two friends traveling together, one kiter and the other did not kite, and we both loved this place. We both had one of our best traveling experiences ever at this place! All the people and dogs working at this place are so lovely and welcoming - they will help you plan activities and everything to make your stay the best one ever. Buen Hombre is super nice for kiting, for both experienced kiters, and beginners. If you are an experienced kiters I will totally recommend you to ask Riin if they can arrange any downwinders or the 7 island kite trip. If you are a kiter, book the whole trip through Riin, that's at least what I will do the next time I go to Domanican Republic. They have a place both in Cabarete and Buen Hombre, and can help you flex between the two places! They also arrange a lot of really fun trips and activities you can join! Both of us will definitely come back to this place!

Amazing place to stay in specially if you want to relax. Had a misunderstanding with my booking and Luis and his staff fixed it right away! Highly recommend.

We went for our honeymoon and it was much more beautiful than we thought. The attention that the hosts gave us was perfect and if we could give more than 5 stars we would. Highly recommended!!

We loved the stay and connecting with nature, they are every respectful, clean and helpful. Love the young lady who grit us she is very humble. If I can give this place a 10 star I would. Just loved it planing to rebook again on my next trip 🫶🏼

A magical experience from start to finish. The cabin is even more beautiful in person: warm, cozy and surrounded by pure nature. Everything was spotless and full of details that make you feel at home. The environment is perfect for resting, disconnecting and reconnecting with the essentials. Waking up to the sound of pine trees and sunlight filtering through the trees was simply unforgettable. I'd go back without thinking!

This hidden gem nestled beside the Yasika River in Sabaneta offered an absolutely beautiful escape, a true hideaway perfect for unwinding and reconnecting with nature. The stunning trees and peaceful atmosphere were truly inspiring. Whether exploring the river by canoe or stand-up paddleboard – both readily available and equally wonderful – the natural beauty continued. As night fell, the atmosphere became truly magical, with the enchanting sounds of nature and the gentle glow of fireflies creating a captivating backdrop. Our beautifully decorated room provided everything we needed, and Corinne and her husband were incredible hosts. I can't wait to return to this truly special place. We loved it!

such a wonderful sanctuary of beauty and relaxation. we absolutely loved our stay. lucia’s villa is stunning, as is the entire “las 9 gotas” property. we spent most of the week simply relaxing. a couple beautiful, quiet beaches are in walking distance, as is a picturesque spa with delicious food and an incredibly friendly staff. as a host, lucia was incredibly communicative, accessible and responsive from the moment we booked, to pre-arrival, throughout our entire stay, and on our day of departure; a true superhost! we didn’t want to leave!!

The place is spectacular, the host is always super friendly, the cabin is super well equipped, I would come back 1000 times, the peace of the place is amazing!!! Everything 10/10

We had a great time in the tiny pyramid. The house is very charming in the middle of a pine forest. We really liked seeing the garden outside the window, and being able to take the bed out onto the balcony, what a cool concept! Michelle is a great host, she was always in communication. We wanted to spend a little time in the cold in Constanza and that's what we did.

It's a cozy place with the tranquility and peace that can be found in the silence and the sound of nature and birds. Lourdes is a very attentive host and attentive to all the details from the moment you select the hacienda. Francisco is a kind person with a friendly attitude towards everyone. I loved being there, and I will definitely be back soon.
