We used the apartment as a base for the nameless festival and it was very comfortable!

Marilena's accommodation is in impeccable condition, as soon as you cross the threshold you are greeted by a great clean scent, very tidy, equipped with every comfort, even in terms of kitchen utensils and services. She was a super helpful and understanding host, it was really a pleasure to stay here.

Very nice hosting by Filippo. The instructions were clear and the apartment is true to the photos. Clean sheets and towels!

The stay with Jesica was very pleasant. She always responded very quickly to our messages and the coordination was easy and uncomplicated. Check-in and check-out were also easy and Jesica's proactive communication always made it clear what we had to do. The apartment was wonderfully furnished, clean and wonderful pastries were prepared for us. We recommend the place to anyone!

Perfect stay, the apartment is very well located for visiting Lake Como and its surroundings. Well decorated, very clean, easy parking nearby. Silvia's team is very responsive and allowed us to check in and out independently. The only downside is the nearby bell tower that rings from 7 a.m. but it can also be part of the charm ;) In short, no complaints and we will gladly come back!

Beautiful apartment near the beach . Very walkable to restaurants and the beach. Quiet neighborhood. Loved the back patio and the views of the lake and mountains are beautiful. Our group consisted of two adults and three young kids.

Lorena’s place was very clean, fully stocked with anything we could have needed. The fact there is parking available is convenient. She gave us some lovely recommendations. You can tell they really care about the place. Glad to have finished our holiday here.

The apartment is very wonderful - we enjoyed every moment ,very clean and complete and its location is more than great , very safe as no one can go up to the apartment without a special key for the elevator . Miss Jennifer was waiting for us in front of the building , she is a very nice person and went up with us to the apartment and gave us all the information we needed . She prepared a file related to the apartment and all the restaurants and shops and their locations in the town , she was with me by message about anything I need . I will come back next year and repeat living in the same apartment.

Giulio is a very kind and really super helpful host. He gave us maximum freedom for check-in and check-out, and recommended activities, restaurants and typical places in Lecco. Very good stay in a beautiful spacious and comfortable apartment, with two beautiful terraces. Shops nearby and good location for visiting the area. Communication with Veronica was very easy and we enjoyed the small welcome products.

The place itself is very comfortable and had everything you need. The view of lake Como is stunning and location was great. Easy walk to shops, bus and ferry station. Denis is very proactive and helped us with finding another accommodation due a mix up of dates on our behalf. Would highly recommend to stay at this lovely apartment.

The greeting upon arrival was excellent, we were offered an upgrade as some guests had cancelled due to weather, a nice gesture! The appartment was well furnished, clean and very comfortable. The location is excellent. Far enough from the busy touristic Bellagio but close enough to walk. The ferry pick up is just steps away. The grounds are immaculate and large enough to get a good run in every morning (5km) track style staying on the stone path that twirls the 42 hectar property. The grounds allow you great views of Tremezzo and Villa Carlotta accross the Lake and you can swim if the tempersture permits on the stairs that access the Lake. This is really a great place to stay! We stayed with Samuele in Galbiate for almost 10 days and found exactly what we were looking for: peace, nature and relaxation. The location is ideal for walks in the nearby forest. The welcome by Samuele was warm, he showed us everything in peace and gave great tips. The farewell by his mother was also very kind. The fenced garden was perfect for our dog, the pool a treat on warm days and the fireplace wonderfully cozy in the evening. The view is fantastic and the crickets crickets create a special evening atmosphere. Our tip: shop before in a supermarket, then you can enjoy the days undisturbed. Absolutely recommended! Thanks Samuele, we'd love to come back.

Incredible views. Highly recommend renting a scooter to make commute up and down the hill much easier. 10/10 would stay here again.

Great, great place! And as important (more?), I great, great host! Marco is one of the truly great hosts! Location was great, place was spotless and equipped beyond expectations! I had lost my razor along the way, and to my amazement, there was an individually wrapped "shaving kit", along with other little kits of things people forget! I honestly don't recall more comfortable sleeps than my nights here! All around truly one of the best! Highly, highly recommended!

Beautiful stay with an amazing view!

This family stay went extremely well; we enjoyed Luca's accommodation which perfectly matched the description. The charming asset: the spa and jacuzzi with stunning views of the lake. 😍 A big thank you to co-hosts Andrea and Carla for their kindness and responsiveness in exchanges before, during and after our stay. I would recommend it in a second!

Anyone travelling to Milan don’t stay anywhere else. This apartment was amazing for me and my mates we had a great time. Cleaner was round everyday to keep it spotless, location is in walking distance of everything, and the hosts were amazing!

Quiet and great place, the apartment was as described in the advertisement. We were 6 adults who had a great week in the apartment with a great view. We rented bikes from @Bike it! Bellagio, very good service here too. Nice to cycle to experience new places, the ferry from Bellagio went to both sides of the lake and was easily accessible 😊
