This wonderful bohemian apartment is nestled in the beautiful countryside of northern Italy. 10 min car ride to Pavia and a 15 min walk through the rice fields, takes you to one of the most beautiful Monasteries in Italy. Milano is a 20 min drive away, by car or by train. The apartment is situated in an old charming farmhouse containing a living room with a dobble bed, a eat-in kitchen and a big bathroom. Access to a big green sunny garden, with lots of possibilities to live outdoor spaces.

GARDEN WITH DECKCHAIRS, COVERED DINING AREA, BARBECUE, RELAXATION AREA WITH SMALL STONE POOL (5X3 METRES, 1 HEIGHT) AND LOTS OF NATURE 10 MINUTES BY DRIVE FROM THE SHOPS VERY RELAXING, IF YOU DON'T LIKE THE SONG OF BIRDS BETTER DON'T COME HERE! I LIVE HERE WITH MY FAMILY AND OUR HORSES. NO PARTY!

The Residence on the Trebbia

A home surrounded by greenery with a relaxing atmosphere within walking distance of Trebbia. My family and I will be happy to host you alone, with friends or with your whole family. Our Border Collie Leo is very good with people and children but does not like the presence of other animals, especially male dogs and cats. For this reason, we can only reluctantly accommodate female dogs. A 50-meter private road leading to the banks of the Trebbia is also available for guests.

Our home is located on the hill of Pieve Ligure. It is surrounded by greenery, in a family and peaceful setting. From the house and garden you can enjoy a beautiful view of the entire Gulf of Paradise. The home has an outdoor space to read, eat, and barbecue. The sea is a 10-minute walk down; you can leave for several excursions from home. The distance from the center of Genoa is about 30 minutes by car. Train and bus stops are a 10-minute walk away.

It is located a short distance from Camogli and Portofino; the Cinque Terre and Genoa are easily accessible. Parking inside the Condominium promotes easy access to the apartment. A large equipped terrace, overlooking a panoramic view, allows you to spend unforgettable moments. The nearest beach is about 1 km away, reachable on foot or by car.

Small stonehouse, great place

A small comfortable, romantic stone house in a tiny private country village dating back to the 13th Century, surrounded by 124 acres of fields and woods. Wonderful views: panoramic terrace with a view of the valley and, on clear days, up to the Alps. Swimming pool. Huge garden. To get to the property you need to drive through about 600 meters dirt road (unpaved). For safety reasons, children less than 12 years old are not admitted.

Castle view

In the middle of this small historic village, apartment on the square overlooking the castle of Vigolzone, small and quiet village at the beginning of the Nure Valley, located 1 km from Grazzano Visconti, 15 km from Piacenza, 15 km from Rivalta, 30 km from Bobbio and Castell'Arquato. On the square, there is also a pizzeria restaurant and in the village, shops and bars. You can visit wineries and farm stays nearby.

A un passo da Bobbio, Grazzano Visconti e da riserve naturali stupende. Ma per perdersi nella natura basta uscire dalla porta di casa. Alloggio bikers friendly, mettiamo a disposizione ricovero al chiuso per i mezzi e piccola ciclofficina per riparazioni dell'ultimo minuto.
