All the house is furnished with taste and attention to detail: the vintage furniture and furnishings are the protagonists and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. A large garage with access to the house for free is available to guests with access to access a few meters from the house(excluding August 1 to August 31)

My accommodation is close to Monaco (with all its great restaurants and attractions, five minutes walk from the Stadium) and the beautiful beaches of Cap d'Ail, with a lot of family-friendly activities such as gorgeous walks by the sea, sailing, windsurfing and paddle boarding. The apartment has an exceptional view and you will appreciate it for comfort and cleanliness. It's perfect for couples, solo travelers, business travelers and families (with children).

Air-conditioned apartment 45 minutes from Nice airport and Saint Augustin train station (accessible by bus line 90), in the Vésubie valley, at the gates of the Mercantour National Park, the RGA, with many outdoor activities and nearby attractions. There is a Carrefour Market open 7/7 and 24/24 gas station 10 minutes from the accommodation by car. The first restaurant is in the center of the village 5 minutes drive away, I can book you a table there.
