Vacation rentals with beach access in Dodecanese Islands

Ein wunderbares Domizil mit herrlichem Blick über Kalymnos und rüber zu Telendos. Die Unterkunft ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und falls nicht, dann ist Dimitris sehr gut zu erreichen und kümmert sich schnell. Es ist zu unserer Zeit hier herrlich ruhig gewesen, aber der Berg ist besser mit Auto oder Roller zu erklimmen als zu Fuß. Aber oben wartet ja der eigene kleine Pool zur Abkühlung. Wir würden gern wieder kommen und für den herrlichem Ausblick selbst vom Bett würden wir das jedem anderen empfehlen. Bei der Ankunft war sogar der Kühlschrank mit Kleinigkeiten gefüllt, sodass man nicht sofort losmusste! Vielen lieben Dank dafür!♡ Auch das alle 4 Tage die Bettwäsche und Handtücher gewechselt wurden war prima! Ein schöner Urlaub war es bei Dimitris! Ein toller Urlaub bei Dimitris!

Erster Eindruck: Die Wohnung war sehr ordentlich und einladend. Bad, Küche und Toilette waren so sauber, dass wir nicht einmal die Toilette extra desinfizieren mussten, wie man es sonst oft sicherheitshalber macht – das gab uns sofort ein gutes Hygienegefühl. Es gab weder Schimmel noch Ungeziefer. Im Kühlschrank fanden wir gekühlte Getränke und ein paar Snacks. Auf dem Bett haben wir gut geschlafen; der Boden war so sauber, dass Barfußlaufen kein Problem war. Praktisch fanden wir das dimmbare Licht im Wohnzimmer für den Abend, und die Seife im Bad duftete angenehm. Beim Check-out arbeitete die Reinigungskraft sorgfältig, und die Gastgeberin war freundlich – vergessene Dinge bekamen wir später problemlos zurück. Die Gastgeberin hat einen keine Minute allein gelassen bei Fragen. Das Meer erreicht man in unter 30 Sekunden; über eine Leiter steigt man direkt ins Wasser. Insgesamt eine gepflegte, gut ausgestattete Unterkunft in Agios Nikolaos, die wir gerne weiterempfehlen.

I arrived and I greeted with a warm welcome from the family !! I offered a lot of help with my luggage and everyone was so nice and friendly, and especially eager to make sure my stay would be unforgettable since I was celebrating my birthday there. Adriana was very nice 😊 and she even went above and beyond and asked the local restaurant that I was going to visit for my birthday dinner to make sure they took care of me by driving me home because it was going to be dark , and the whole experience was very pleasant and I felt just like part of the family. Thank you all for such a lovely time ..

Our stay with Panagiotis was fabulous. The views from the apartment are breathtaking. The location offered a less touristy feel, but was still very close to all of the main attractions. Communication was superb and instructions for check-in and location were very clear. The hosts were unbelievably helpful from an early check-in to storing our bags before our departure!! Would definitely recommend staying here and look forward to coming back!!!!

Mycket trevligt och vackert boende, litet men väldigt fint med underbar och rogivande utsikt över havet, båtarna och Kalymnos. Sol på balkongen från morgon till cirka 16:30 nu i oktober. Byte av handdukar ofta. Frukost med bröd, smör, yoghurt, marmelad, ost, skinka, juice och banan fanns i kylskåpet varje dag. Mycket snälla och vänliga värdar. Vi vill gärna återvända, både till fina Afrodite och till lilla Telendos med sina mysiga restauranger.

Nous avons eu le plaisir d’y passer 5 nuits, Jannis et Adriana ont été des hôtes formidables, ils nous ont même préparé un repas traditionnel pour notre dernière journée et ce fût excellent. Excellente communication avec eux, très soucieux de notre confort, sans parler de la vue incroyable et de la magnifique terrasse. Tout est à distance de marche, plage et restaurant. Relaxant, intime et confortable

Le logement proposé par Kalliopi est absolument superbe. Face a la mer, disposant d’une belle grande terrasse avec une vue magnifique sur Telendos. Le logement est très bien placé, juste à côté d’un petit market. Kalliopi a été adorable avec nous tant à notre arrivée qu’à notre départ. Il y a de délicieux restaurants à proximité, de belles plages, des randonnées et évidemment des beaux secteurs d’escalade. Le logement est conforme à la description. Nous avons eu la chance d’avoir la compagnie de deux chats absolument adorables (un blanc petit et un roux) pendant le séjour auxquels nous nous sommes fortement attachés, j’espère que vous aurez l’occasion de faire leur connaissance également. Nous reviendrons les yeux fermés. Merci Kalliopi.

Klein en zeer goed appartememt voor 4 personen met zeer mooi uitzicht op Lindos en de Akropolis. Alles is aanwezig en goede airco. Fijn terras. Ik zou het iedereen aanraden.

Ceylan hanımın eşi akşam geç saatte giriş yapmış olmamıza rağmen bizi sıcakkanlılığı ve misafirperver tavrıyla oldukça güzel karşıladı. Evde konaklayacak olan misafirler için her şey tamamıyla düşünülmüş durumda. Seyahat için yapacağınız tek şey yanınıza kıyafetlerinizi almanız olacaktır:)

Wat een heerlijke plek! We zijn ontzettend vriendelijk en gastvrij ontvangen, wat meteen een fijne start gaf aan ons verblijf. We hebben een paar heerlijke dagen gehad in dit prachtige huis. Alles was tot in de puntjes verzorgd en schoon, en de bedden lagen heerlijk. Met twee badkamers is het huis ook perfect geschikt voor een verblijf met meerdere personen. Zowel aan de voor- als achterzijde van het huis kun je heerlijk buiten zitten, en binnen is er een ruime keuken en gezellige woonkamer waar je je meteen thuis voelt. De locatie is bovendien ideaal overal dichtbij. Kortom: een absolute aanrader. Wij zouden deze Airbnb zeker opnieuw boeken!

wonderful, clean house, very well equipped. The rest here was excellent. Great place, few tourists, great food in restaurants. The best food is in the shop/restaurant The Fisherman Seafood and Grill. Unsere Gastgeber haben uns im Haus erwartet und sich Zeit für eine ausführliche Einführung genommen. Das Haus und vor allem die Terrasse mit Pool waren für 8 Personen plus 1 Baby großzügig. bemessen. Alle Schlafzimmer waren schön und mit reichlich Decken ausgestattet. Es gab genügend Handtücher und Beachtowels. Die Möglichkeit draußen zu essen und aufs Meer zu blicken war einfach fantastisch. Es war bis jetzt das schönste Haus, das wir gemietet haben ( und wir waren schon in vielen Häusern). Da es keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit vor Ort gibt, muss man 20 Minuten zum nächsten Supermarkt fahren . Dafür hat man den Strand für sich und es ist angenehm ruhig. Das nahegelegene Hotel hört man abends dezent- aber ab 23 Uhr war absolute Ruhe. Toll fanden wir alle den Billardtisch und die Tischtennisplatte. Fehlt nur noch der Tischkicker🤪. Als ein Problem mit dem Pool auftauchte, wurde sofort jemand zur Reparatur geschickt. Auch unsere 4 Autos hatten bequem auf der Einfahrt Platz. Alles einfach super

Abarti yok hicbir ayrintida ,kullanisli ,kaliteli ve dedikleri kadar hatta daha fazla klas..Evimde gibiydim ..Villanın yeri ,konumu ve muhit muhteşem. Her fırsatta tercih edeceğim tek yer .Artık bodrumda evimiz var diyebilirim..Bana hissettirdikleri bunlar ..Burdan da tekrar hersey için teşekkür etmiş olayım. Teşekkürler bovilla ailesi !

Had an absolutely beautiful stay at this apartment. The location is absolutely perfect for a relaxing get away. The property is really well equipped and has everything you could need. Maria was super friendly, responsive and communicated really well throughout our visit. We visited just before the main season and Mochlos was quiet and sleepy, just waking up. You'll need a car if you want to explore the island from here. Cannot recommend this property enough - we just had the most lovely time.

This is our second time in Mochlos, we love it and Popi's apartment is perfect to relax and enjoy the views and surroundings. I can highly recommend it, we hope to stay again in the future.

This was the most perfect place to stay and was like paradise. The views from the balcony were awesome and probably the best on the island. The island is beautiful and very unspoilt although I would recommend your hire a car to get around. The apartment was very modern and was very well equipped. Sehr schöne Unterkunft, sauber, alles was es braucht an ruhiger und exklusiver Lage, 200 m vom nächsten Parkplatz (7 Euro/Tag, vor Ort buchbar und mit KK bezahlen). Top Service beim Check-in, täglich frische Tücher und Abfall geleert. Lindos ist einer der zauberhaftesten Orte in Griechenland. WLAN ist etwas schwach, aber fast konstant - wenn ich noch ein Feedback zur Optimierung geben kann. Danke für die Gastfreundschaft und die grossartige Hilfe mit unserem schweren Gepäck.

Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt sehr gefallen. Die Lage war super, da die Altstadt höchstens 5min Fußweg entfernt war und wir alle gebuchten Aktivitäten ebenfalls zu Fuß erreichen konnten. Das Airbnb sieht wirklich genau so aus, wie auf den Bildern. Schön & modern eingerichtet. Man hat alles, was man braucht :)

Really nice appartment, good tv, ps5, excellent view, jacuzzi, etc.. I loved it !

Het was een hele fijne ruimte vlak boven de heerlijke pizzeria. We hebben met plezier gebruik gemaakt van de accommodatie wat op loopafstand van het strand is en de drukke winkeltjes. De douchekop zit wel vrij los in de houder maar verder is ook de badkamer schoon en netjes

Wir waren total begeistert! Die Wohnung ist etwas ganz Besonderes – mit so viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, dass man sich vom ersten Moment an einfach wohlfühlen muss. Alles war super sauber, stilvoll und gleichzeitig unglaublich gemütlich. Man merkt, wie viel Herzblut hier drin steckt. Ein rundum toller Aufenthalt – absolut empfehlenswert!

We had a wonderful time in Kos! Dimitra was an incredibly helpful and kind host from beginning to end. The apartment had everything a long-term traveler might need — it was spotless, fully equipped, and perfectly located within walking distance to everything. Dimitra saved us so much time with her amazing recommendations for local restaurants, beaches, and historical sites — and every suggestion turned out to be fantastic. Thanks to her proactive approach, quick responses, and overall helpfulness, we didn’t have to worry about a thing. She truly made our holiday even more enjoyable. We wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone visiting Kos!

This place exceeded our expectations. The apartment had everything we needed, the bed was very comfortable, it was clean & the kitchen was well stocked. The location - next to beach with incredible views of the sea & Telendos Island. Had stairs next to it that went right down to the sand. Everything is walking distance - restaurants, supermarkets, gift shops, climbing supplies, scooter rentals. Vasilia, the host, is extremely helpful & responsive.

apartment was very nice. very easy to find. very close to old town which it is a must if you visit Rhodes also very close to the beach and lots of shops/restaurants nearby. thank you for the stay
