We absolutely loved this villa, Mania very kindly greeted us at Midnight as we had a late flight, and yes the reviews are right, she arrived with the most amazing moussaka and even made a vegetarian one. Mania was always available for any advice/recommendations and managed the tricky combination of being present but not intrusive. There was also a really thoughtful welcome gift of homemade food waiting for us. The kitchen was really well equipped, and super clean, we ate in a lot and enjoyed dinners on the covered terrace. We loved the pool, the kids especially, we spent a lot of time in the pool as it was very hot. The beds were comfy, the rooms all have their own bathroom, and terraces, there was lots of thoughtful touches throughout. The garden is beautiful and I don't think we managed to sit in all the different seating areas in the week. The winner for me was the decor, it was so beautiful, it was like staying in house in a Home Decor magazine. We will definitely come back.

It's such a special place. Old, family home, very relaxed, peaceful and an amazing and well fitted out kitchen. We loved being there.. the sea view, there's a breeze and then at night the stars. Aggeliki is a such sweetie too and looked after us brilliantly.

Our stay at Olive Tree Farm was perfect - the place is incredibly relaxing, peaceful and comfortable with stunning views across the hills, countryside and sea. We stayed with our two children and had everything we needed, including a bathtub, potty and even some spare nappies in the cupboard! Emma and Mathias are wonderful hosts and we loved wandering round the olive groves, seeing the donkeys and chickens, and playing every morning with their lovely dogs and cats. The hammock in front of the house is gorgeous for gazing at the sunrise over the sea. Thoroughly recommend - we loved it here.

We had a great stay at Mourat's farm house. The views from the 2nd floor balcony were wonderful. We watched shooting stars each night from the balcony. The house itself was beautifully decorated and cozy. The kitchen is well equipped as well. Fans are supplied in each room but it can get warm upstairs. We were able to sleep fine but for those sensitive to heat at night, it may not be enough for you. This likely isn't an issue outside of the heat of the peak summer months. It is worth noting that there is a second unit that was rented out while we were there. It is very close to the main house so you can easily hear the people when they are outside. Since we needed to have the windows open given there is no A/C..we would hear them while we were going to sleep. Overall it was still a great stay but if you are looking for a secluded place, you will only find it if the other unit is not rented out during your stay. Lastly the restaurant next to the farm house was amazing!

It was already the second time we stayed at Maria’s cottage and it was again great! The garden that is around the accommodation is beautiful, and the view as well. The inside of the accommodation is cute and cozy. The cottage is a little hidden but Maria supported us very well at the first time we stayed there and we could find the place easily. We recommend to come by car because it’s situated on a hill a little outside of the city. You can also park there for free in front of the gate to the cottage. Around the area are restaurants and also some beaches. Kos city center is about 5/10 min away by car. There are super markets close by also very easy to reach by car. The nature around is beautiful but there are some roosters around that start „singing“ at night. My girlfriend could sleep all night without any problems but I’d say earplugs are recommended for good night sleep. (: All in all it’s a great place to stay and we love it there! Thank you Maria!

Such a lovely place with even lovelier people. Stavros surprised us with some delicious food — such a kind gesture! 😊 We had a nice little chat with both Stavros and Nikos — they’re incredibly kind and welcoming. The house is beautiful and had everything we needed, and the terrace was spacious with a wonderful view. We truly enjoyed our stay and already know we’ll be back one day. In the last week of September, we had a very pleasant holiday at Ms. Şeyda's house, the house was sparkling clean, the linens, towels,kitchen utensils, everything was considered according to the needs. We really had a nice holiday by feeling at home. The location of the house was also quiet and very close to the center by car, even though it was not very close to the center. We also loved the Şirinköy Akçapınar locations, and the coffee shops, which were very close to the house, and the restaurants were both cozy and stylish places with vision. I'm sure we'll miss the house and want to come back:)

We were travelling to Rhodes wird our two kids (2 and 5 years old) and really had a wonderful stay at the Masseria. Stamatia and Scott were very nice and helpful hosts, the flat was equipment with everything you need, the pool and the whole garden was really beautiful and our kids were even provided with different toys. We can highly recommend a stay at the Masseria :)

We were here as a couple, after a very difficult arrival due to a thunderstorm over the airport, we only arrived at the accommodation at about 12:00 am, but we were able to check in without any problems. The stay was characterized by peace and serenity, the free-range chickens and the natural area have a special charm. We were always treated kindly and had everything we needed. The accommodation is definitely recommended for those who want peace and privacy.

Everything was very well described. The deck is so beautiful. A few loungers or cushions would make them perfect. We felt very comfortable and the personal service was unbeatable. Thanks for the wonderful time.

My husband and I booked Anna’s Katina on Leros for a four day trip with two of our friends who were visiting from California. Unfortunate my husband was sick with bronchitis, so our friends went without us. Here is their review: “Daniel's place is amazing. He was a great host. He met us down the road and we followed him to the house. The decor is delightful and the outdoor areas were great for reading and just enjoying the view. Don't be put off by the small number of reviews. You cannot go wrong with Anna's Katikia. Leros is a nice, laid back island and Daniel will take great care of you! What can we say, from the moment we arrived and saw the villa all lit up, we knew we’d made the right choice for ourselves and wedding guests. The villa was absolutely spotless, the fridges already well stocked with drinks and essentials and absolutely everything we needed. The communication with Micheal was clear and precise. We had a few requests prior to us arriving, extra shopping, taxi for a surprise guest, flowers for some guests celebrating their wedding anniversary and Micheal was amazing in arranging everything. We had asked if we could hold our wedding ceremony at the villa, again this wasn’t an issue. The couple of occasions we needed to call for assistance, Micheal answered the phone immediately and was able to answer our questions. We were also lucky enough to meet Maria and Iannis as we were leaving who were absolutely delightful. We already want to return. Thank you to all 3 of you from a very happy married couple and our guests.

Loved Our Stay .. The main bedroom is on the ground floor, and a loft with two beds. But this was not an issue for the two couples that used it. The host met us on arrival . The home was well put together, All the necessary items were there, When we ran out of cooking Oil, Our host brought us a small bottle. The home is well maintained , host was very communicative and always responded within a few min . Highly recommend this stay. - For New Guests, renting a car is advisable , the island is not that big, but having a car as recommended was the best - Will stay here again if we visit again.

Wow. What an amazing Villa. We stayed for 2 weeks in August - a family of 7. The Villa is huge, loads of space. Everything was spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable (and large!) beds, lovely comfortable bedding and the kitchen had all we needed. Location was PERFECT, set in the peaceful countryside. The pool was absolutely brilliant, larger than expected - very clean pool which is helped by the infinity feature as zero bugs or debris get trapped. We loved everything! The BBQ is also fantastic, we used this 3 times and was such fun with the family sat out on the downstairs pool area while I cooked a meal. Pantelis was also brilliant. Communication, extremely friendly man - very warm and gentle demeanour - lovely person.

We had a great time at Villa Adagio in Vrachasi. Great base to visit other places like Agios Nikolaos to find some sunshine and beautiful surroundings during the first few days of our stay before enjoying the heated pool at the weekend. In Vrachasi you’ll find some really good tavernas with the nicest people. Charis, George and Sofia were very attentive and responsive throughout our stay catering for all our needs. Simply excellent hosts!

This is a beautiful home with very kind host and hostess. Everything is very clean and cozy + lots of room and privacy, so it's a great place to stay with family. It's great to wake up with cock singing in the backyard and go to the garden and pick some almonds and pomegranates, then take a 600m walk to the beach and spend a day there. There are also several restaurants offering excellent seafood on the beach. It's good beach for snorkeling - lots of fish - we also saw an octopus, cuttlefish, muraena and even a dolphin:) The last one we saw standing on a cliff in Knidos:)

Villa Sophia is a rare gem and exceeds expectations. Panos’ stewardship over the property is unmatched. He goes above and beyond any typical host and ensures a peaceful and welcomed stay. I hosted a wedding for 13 people and the enjoyment we had seemed limitless. This is the perfect place to host a small wedding, event, retreat or vacation. I 100% recommend staying in Pàtmos with Panos, it enriches the experience.

We were a group of 7 friends staying at the Theodores villa for my birthday, we had an absolutely amazing time. Louise who is the manager at TAF and her staff like Joanna, were super communicative and accommodating of our requests and gave us amazing service throughout our time there. The villa and the surrounding areas (the beach, the restaurant) all exceeded expectations and we actually ate at the restaurant quite frequently because we loved the food. We were serviced for housekeeping almost like a hotel but it still felt very private and luxurious. They also helped organise a private yoga session for the group at the villa for additional cost which was great. Overall, we'd love to stay here again and will be recommending it to friends! Even if you imagine the best place where to spend your holiday and the best host you could meet you wouldn't imagine how amazing Villa Sofia Gold is and how nice Angel is.The house is up on a hill near Amoopi, which is a great position where enjoying the most amazing sunrises every morning.You'll find all the comfort you need: air conditioning,fully equipped kitchen and a fantastic pool outside with an outdoor living room where you can relax with a breathtaking view on the bay,having all the privacy that a couple would ever dream. You can also select the perfect soundtrack: there's great sound system tò play your music. The house is close to a nice farm with animals:donkeys, chickens,goats that you can cuddle and to a cosy garden with fruit trees..you feel in a real genuine place and not in a fake touristic villa. We fell in love with Karpathos and its unique vibes and Angel made everything perfect, he's an honest guy with a big heart who treated us like friends! we'll never forget It!

Osmans house and garden is beautiful, fantastic surroundings with Mountain View’s, on the edge of old datca which is very easy to walk to and pretty to explore with its narrow lanes and cafes. There are local supermarkets you can walk to and taxis and buses nearby to take you down to the harbour and beach. Osman was so kind and helpful , very accommodating and really made us feel very welcome. Would definitely recommend this property .

Chris was amazing, helpful with our every need. He brought us fresh bread and fruit during our stay and checked in daily to see if we needed anything. The housekeeper was great, even doing our laundry because the washing machine was broken. The place was spotless everyday when we returned. They replenished the eggs, coffee etc daily
