Cave vacation rentals in Dodecanese Islands

This was an incredible Airbnb! The views were stunning, the apartment was extremely spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. There were restaurants, shops, and everything we needed in walking distance. Panogiotis was extremely helpful, friendly, and an excellent communicator. I will definitely stay here again next time I come to Santorini!

We loved staying here. Santorini is a big island and there are several spots to stay but we loved Imerovigli. It’s very high up and the views were breathtaking. Much better than Oia which is very crowded. Panos and his team were wonderful and we loved the breakfast every morning. Would absolutely come back!

We loved your stay at the Art Cave! Asi was super helpful coordinating check in, directions, and a rental car. The cave house is super cool & unique and the patio with the pool and view was absolutely beautiful! Small parking space for a small car, easy to get around the island. Highly recommend!

Our experience was beyond expectations. This cave house in Emporio, one of the five authentic villages in Santorini, is very charming and unique. It is located in a very charming, quiet, and breezy hilltop. It has a small courtyard and rooftop where you can enjoy sunrise and sunset with the beautiful view and fresh air. The property is about a ten-minute walk from the bus station. A small car or motorbike is recommended. However, Tassos had organized an airport transfer to the entrance of the village and helped us to the property with his own small car. He also drove us to the supermarket to buy drinks and food for our stay. The host welcomed us with a bowl of fruit, bread, milk, instant coffee, and cool drinking water. Tassos gave us information about the property and all the main areas in Santorini. He then recommended and helped us to plan our tour program during our stay. Tassos and Perikles live next door and are ready to help. We will come back again when we have a chance.

This airbnb was like a dream. From the jacuzzi to the stone coming out of the walls, this is the best airbnb I've ever gotten for so cheap. It was like we had a private villa. 100% recommend-- it was spotless when we arrived and the wonderful host even left out candles for us to use. it was absolutely magical, I wish I could upload pictures. I will be coming back next time I'm in Greece.

We had such an amazing stay. Views are incredible and the spot is so quiet. Nothing was ever too much trouble for Christos and Margarita including arranging transfers to and from the airport. Thank you!

Excellent stay that allowed us to discover the beautiful islands of Santorini. The location of the apartment is ideal for visiting as it is located in the middle of the island 25 minutes from the north or south. The cave apartment is very original, very well-equipped and true to the description (swimming pool, beautiful garden) and above all very clean (cleaned every day...). Our Host Helena was great because she took care of taxi reservations, scooter, massages... finally a discreet hostess, extremely kind who met all of our expectations. I highly recommend this listing. Gabriele’s place was incredible! In the perfect location that could get around without a car but also close to all the other cities if you have a car. Very clean and spacious place. Lots of privacy and even supplied water and a few beverages for us when we arrived! Only thing I would say and not even really that bad is that it only had one blanket but other than that I would recommend this place 10/10 times and plan to come back!

We loved our stay in Megalochori. Khania and Kostas were great hosts. They helped arrange transportation for us to the house and Kostas met us to give us all the details of our stay. The house was so unique and very comfortable. We met so many lovely people in the village during our stay. It was a smaller, quieter village than main towns of Santorini but so glad we chose to stay there and miss so many groups of tourists. It was welcoming and charming.

Great place to stay. Loanna was easy to talk to and very helpful. Always answered her messages in no time at all. beautiful location and quiet.

We spent 2 nights at Knidia Eco Farm. It was so hard to describe by writing what an excellent experience it was, it was amazing. The farm owner, Mr. Ali, was very interested from the moment he greeted us at the door. Her advice, her hospitality throughout our stay, the experiences she offered us on and off the farm were things we couldn't imagine, thank you for a stay that we will not forget. The location is 15-20 minutes to Palamutbükü by car. But while you're here, you won't get involved. Sitting under the stars, in a silence we forgot in the city, rested our soul. With the advice of Mr. Ali, we visited 3 bays on foot on the Karia road and even though it was 3 minutes by car to go to the sea, we found ourselves wanting to walk for 3 hours. We went to the sea in the bays where there is no one, the beauties that money can't buy! Our room was spotless. The breakfast was fresh and delicious with farm products. We recommend it for anyone who wants to get away from the city, relax, and be in naturalness!

Very nice house with perfect location. Easy access to all the locations on the island. The house is beautiful in traditional style with beautiful plants in the spacial garden. It’s really pleasant to enjoy the sunshine in the garden. There is a great pastry within walking distance where you can easily arrange breakfast and lunch. The only pity is that the kitchen is not really up to use. We had to request to get the induction and cooking basics. Although the staff brought items immediately upon request, unfortunately these cooking equipments didn’t function well and lack of a few things like chopping board, kitchen knives, oil etc. Overall, a great place for holiday, if you do not have cooking demands.

This hotel was amazing. The rooms look nice online but are even better in person and each room has a beautiful view. It's small enough that the staff knows guests by name and is able to provide suggestions when needed. During check-in, the staff was kind enough to help arrange multiple dinner reservations and set up a car rental, which all worked out wonderfully. Additionally, we stayed in two separate rooms that they had due to a late booking by me and the staff was kind enough to move bags from one room to the next for us while we were out on an excursion during the day on the day that we switched rooms. While Oia or Thira may seem like the top locations to stay in Santorini, from our experience we would stay in no other location than Imerovigli. It's close enough to access the larger cities easily while still being far enough off of the beaten path to feel a little less hectic all while having great dining options nearby. Also, the breakfast served in the cafe/bar attached to the hotel made for a great way to start each day as the food was delicious and the view was breathtaking. All in all, the hotel was in a beautiful location, the rooms vastly exceeded our expectations, and the whole experience was topped off by a kind and welcoming staff who went over the top to make our stay pleasantly memorable. I would recommend staying with Christos and Marios to anyone who is traveling to Santorini.

Better than it looks, and it looks amazing. Views were just out of this world. Not sure why people obsess over Oia (we went). The sunsets from the cool water jacuzzi on the upper terrace were the stuff of dreams.

A great Host and work team. always paying attention to us. the property is excellent and equipped with everything you need for a family of 4 that we are. i recommend it!

Stayed in the earth cave at the beginning of may, it was exactly like the photos, its was beautiful with our own private little courtyard, a really well thought out and beautiful place to stay, The host was absolutely brilliant, gave us lots of information including the best restaurants and local shops to get whatever we needed, even offered to arrange transfers from the airport if needed, and responded very quickly whenever we needed anything, Plus all the locals were so friendly it was a real pleasure to stay there. Would definitely recommend

Ida and Chris are great hosts and very responsive to all your questions or concerns. This is our second stay at their property and will continue to return. The location is excellent and well suited for accessing all major areas of Santorini by using local transportation. All of your local amenity's needs from restaurants, shopping, and medical are in walking distant. Just PHENOMENAL!!!!!!!
