Southbank High Rise Condo Sanctuary with CBD View and Balcony

The whole apartment is yours to enjoy. There are 2 Bedrooms with quality mattresses, bedding and towels for up to 6 people. 1 Queen bed in the main bedroom and 2 single beds in the second. The 2 single beds in the second bedroom can be converted to a king size bed if needed. There is a portable cot on site if needed and blockout blinds in all rooms. The apartment will accommodate 4 guests, however we have a comfortable sofa bed that will accommodate 2 extra guests at an extra $20 per person per night. We love to travel and love helping travelers enjoy their stay in our apartment. If there is anything you need during your stay, please do not hesitate to contact us. The apartment has been upgraded with new carpets, furniture, heaters and lighting. There is also access to internet & Netflix at no charge. Have a swim in the Pool, work out in the Gym or try the local night spots. This apartment is on the 24th floor with spectacular views of the bay and city. Just park your car in the provided space and walk to everything Melbourne has to offer. Close to all that Melbourne has to offer. Within walking distance of – City Center 5 min, Sporting venues 15 min, Casino 6 min, Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre, 12 min Royal Botanic Gardens 5 min, Art gallery 2 min, Main Train station 6 min, Eureka Skydeck 3 min, Trams 3 min, Yarra River 3 min. Close to so much, yet a high rise tranquil oasis in the apartment. We will meet you for check in to show you around and are available to answer any queries you have during your stay. Check in is normally 3.00 pm and checkout is 11.00 am. Please advise if you have other check in / out requests and we will do our best to accommodate them. The condo is in the heart of the popular Arts Precinct and is close to theatres, live shows, and concerts. It's a short walk to the Southbank Promenade, with a number of great restaurants, bars, and shops to discover. Depending on how many people are traveling the cheapest way to get to the apartment from Melbourne Tullamarine Airport is via the Skybus, this will drop you in the heart of Melbourne CBD. Then there is a free shuttle bus to all the hotels just ask to be dropped off at the Quest Southbank in Kavanagh Street, or it’s around a 15 to 20 minute walk to the apartment. Otherwise a taxi is the best method, it will cost around $60 plus tolls and will deliver you directly to the building. Everything is within easy walking distance but public transport, rental bikes and the Melbourne Hop-on Hop-off buses are close at hand. Melbourne has a free tram zone around the city center only a 4 min walk away. The Free Tram will take you from - Federation Square to Melbourne Aquarium, Etihad Stadium, Melbourne Star Observation Wheel, Victoria Markets, Royal Exhibition Building, Fitzroy Garden and everything in between. The Hop-on Hop-off bus has a stop 2 min walk away and will take you to nearby attractions such as St Kilda beach, Melbourne Zoo, Docklands, Lygon St, Comedy Theater and the Sporting Precinct / MCG just to name a few. Hire bikes are just around the corner and will allow you to have the freedom to go where ever you choose. Melbourne's number 1 Tourist information center is at Federation Square opposite Flinders Street station, however we have a broad selection of tourist brochures available for you in the apartment. The Concierge is on duty everyday from 6.00 am to 10.00 pm. There is Secure access at all times. 24 Hr security service is also on call. Pick up and return laundry service available at the desk (payment applies) (There is a Washing Machine and Dryer in the Apartment) Indoor heated pool, Gym.

Please Note: No parties or pets. My apartment is cosy, comfortable, yet very modern with up to date styling and appliances. Only metres from Lygon street eateries or a 5 minute walk into the the heart of Melbourne's CBD. A uniquely Melbourne experience - perfect for an extended (or short) stay. The Stables were originally built in 1880 for the horses that serviced the Victorian home they are situated behind. The Stables have been converted into a spacious, sun-lit, private, fully self-contained accommodation over 2 levels with a shared garden and independent access (allowing you to come and go as you please).
