Huset är belägget i Malmö med närhet till busshållplatser (ca 400m) med stadsbussar som kan ta er till centrala Malmö eller direkt till Lund och Hyllie. Nära till motorväg, Mycket bekvämt att ta sig till Malmös tågstation med vidare anknytningar till Köpenhamn. Avstånd till Malmös flygplats ca 25 km. Många gröna områden finns i närheten. Boendet passar 4-5 personer.
