We had the pleasure to stay at this house for 3 nights and really loved it there. Especially the outdoor area is awesome. The surrounding is peaceful and not to far away from the Kotor fjord. Bubo is an awesome host and very responsive. Top choice for family with Kids!

Stunning apartment with a incredible view and the best hosts. The garden is beautiful and the apartment has everything you could need. The apartment is a bit out of town but we managed the walk and taxis are available and cheap and the hosts helped us with these. We would recommend staying here and would hope to visit next time we are back.

wunderschönes Haus, mit tollem Grundstück direkt am Eingang des nationalpark. Üppige Natur, schöne Spielgelegenheiten für die Kinder, guter Grill. rundum herrlich. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Vasilije war super zuvorkommend, hilfreich und höflich. Wir hätten gerne verlängert, hatten aber leider schon wo anders gebucht. Die Kinder wolten gar nicht weg. eine klare empfehlung!

Liebe Marica und lieber Marko, vielen lieben Dank euch noch mal für Ihre Gastfreundschaft und die Möglichkeit, in eurem Haus zu bleiben! Die Lage der Unterkunft ist paradiesisch, dieser Aussicht von dem ganzen Grundstück auf die grünen Berge und Meer ist umwerfend! Wir haben es sehr genossen, draußen auf der Terrasse an dem großen Tisch zu essen (der Tisch ist neu und noch nicht auf den Fotos) und im beheizten Pool zu baden. Das war perfekt. Die Unterkunft besteht aus zwei Häuser. In einem ist ein Schlafzimmer mit Galerie. In anderem gibt es zwei Einheiten jeweils mit separatem Eingang (ein Schlafzimmer in 1. Etage, zwei Schlafzimmer zusammen in 2. Etage). Alle Einheiten haben eigenes Bad. In der Unterkunft ist alles, was man braucht, vorhanden und sogar noch mehr, weil die Besitzer auch selbst da wohnen. Die Zufahrt ist nicht einfach, aber auf jeden Fall machbar, man soll gut Auto fahren können. Marko gibt viele nützliche Tipps und ist sehr hilfsbereit und humorvoll. Viele Grüße

We loved the house and the amazing views with superb sunsets. The beaches were a short 5 minute walk from the house and not crowded. A car is absolutely essential as the nearest bars and restaurants are a minimum of 15 minutes drive away. Kotor, Tivat and Budva are within 45 to 1 hour drive. We loved Kotor , well worth a visit. A small shop is also 15 minutes drive. The supermarkets by Tivat Airport are the closest big shops. The roads from Lustica Bay to Veslo are narrow and winding. Typical mountain roads. Be prepared to stop and creep past oncoming traffic. The local drivers are patient and pull off the road if it is easier from their direction. Ivana, the hostess was helpful when needed and arranged a plumbing repair quickly. Ivana also gave us good advice when we were " adopted" by a local stray dog ( who was so cute and very well behaved) He moved on after 3 days. We had a wonderful holiday and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to any adventurous people who don't need city life.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The views were utterly stunning! Our host was incredibly friendly and helpful with recommendations and went out of his way to help in any way he could. There’s a lovely pool but just round the corner we found a lovely secluded pontoon and area where we enjoyed several wonderful hours taking in the most glorious of views. You must go up the cable car and walk to Bar 1360(?) for light lunches and drinks and if you can stay for the extraordinary sunset view, do. For a bit of a treat go to Moments restaurant - completely delicious food, live music (not the terrible stuff you often get, but good soulful stuff with singers that could sing. We indulgently went twice! We also hired a boat through the Airbnb and it was just fantastic - so beautiful! Loved, loved, loved our whole experience in Kotor. Thank you for treating us so well!

Ilija und Danka waren sehr freundlich. Sie nannten uns Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe und waren stets kommunikativ.

Amazing view, spacious and clean apartment. The kitchen was well equipped and the bed was comfortable. Lovely and hungry cats. Nina answered very quickly and was very friendly. We really appreciated water, fruits and cakes. The road to the apartment was very narrow and steep, so it is better to be an experienced driver. The renovation project was still in progress, so the garden was not in its best shape. Overall very nice stay there.

Die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen und einfach zu erreichen. Sie entsprach den Bildern. Jelena & Ivan waren gut zu erreichen und haben immer super schnell geantwortet. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr schön! Ich kann die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen :)

Evin konumu çok iyi, Old Town'a çok yakın, yürüme mesafesi 2 dakika. Ev tertemiz ve düzenliydi. Ufak tefek eksikler vardı bizim için çok sıkıntı olmadı ama belirtmek isterim. Banyoda şampuan yoktu sadece duş jeli vardı bir de saç kremi olabilirdi, kulak çubuğu ve pamuk gibi kişiler eşyalar da olsa hoş olurdu. Bir de ütü yoktu yada ben bulamadım. Mutfakta kağıt havlu olabilirdi. Dediğim gibi ufak tefek eksikler. Keyif aldığımız bir konaklama oldu.

5 gece konaklama yaptık. öncelikle ev sahibi Petara ilgisi, iyi niyeti ve yardımseverligi noktasında çok teşekkür ederiz. çok yardımcı oldu. çok keyifli harika 5-6 gün geçirdik. kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. villada herşey düşünülmüş ihtiyacımız olan herşey vardı. Bu noktada hiçbir sorun yaşamadık. Villa keyifliydi kullanışlıydı. ayrıca sessiz ve huzurlu bir muhitte bulunuyor. giriş katında bulunan odanın balkonu güzeldi, manzarasını çok beğendik, o balkonda vakit geçirmek çok keyifliydi. villadan ayrılmak zor geldi gerçekten. yorumlarda belirtilen eve varıştaki yokuştan bahsetmek de isterim. yaklaşık 250 belki 300 metre civarı bir rampa var, biraz dik bir yokuş. biz aracımızda 3 yetişkin, 2 çocuk ve bagaj doluyken çıkabildik. otomatik vitesi manuel 1. vitese alarak sakin şekilde rahatlıkla çıkabileceğinizi düşünüyorum. ortalama üstü bir şoför dediğim gibi çıkabilir. kotora 15 dakika uzaklıkta tivata da ayrıca yakın.herşey için çok teşekkürler.

Great flat and residence in general , comfortable pool. The respond very quick to any of our doubts among the stay very easy. Great location and the view from the terrace it’s to die for….. looking forward to return. Thanks guys !

We had a great stay with my partner and parents. Aneta was so kind to arrange for two extra chairs for my mother to sit and have her morning cigar, as she camt walk too far. The terrace and the jacuzzi are linked to the apartment on the ground floor. it was easy to get to the water and swim and the sunsets are stunning. It is easy to get around with the ferry closeby. I would definitely come back!

Our stay at kotor was great thanks to the place we stayed Our host greeted at the door. Location was near the beach and house has literally everything you need kitchen was pristine condition . Host was fast , flexible and easy to reach definitely recommend staying at this place!

Famtastic villa, accommodated large group of 10 family reunion - , aged from 8 to 83! Jas was great more then helpful, responding in minutes extensive knowledge of local resources, Helped us with everything - from getting to villa and local public holiday schedule, getting groceries, finding restaurants , arranging boat and yacht tours etc His helper Rosa lives on a property-great soul, feiendly and supportive Pictureus and idilic rural location, Jas provided a detailed instructions with a lot of prompting on our initial arrival driving time from nearest Tivat airport about 40 minutes, the local village with 3 restaurants and small shop / the beach 10 minutes. Clean pool , Wi Fi, lot of table games and books ! Roads are bit tricky to drive , esp for larger car but ok Hetting to a beach is better by car-overwise steppy walk Thank you Jas and Rosa

Andjela und das gesamte Personal sind supernett! Die Wohnung ist ein Traum, im eigenen Jakuzzi den Sonnenuntergang zu genießen bei dem Ausblick ist einmalig. Man ist allerdings bei der Lage auf Taxis oder Auto angewiesen.

We’ve had the best family trip here. Close enough to Kotor and Tivat that you don’t feel too isolated but also far enough away that you feel like you’ve got your own private getaway. So peaceful and some of the most beautiful views! Will definitely be recommending Sally’s place to anyone who wants to visit Montenegro. It was perfect!

Dreamtime Villa was one of the best AirBnB villa's we stayed in. The villa is spacious, as indicated on the site. Anz who is Marko's son he is present at the villa 24x7, which is a great help. He takes care of all the needs and that was an added advantage. He was reachable whenever required and has super knowledge about the area. The Villa is around 30 min drive from Lustica Bay where there are lots of nice restaurants and grocery. Villa has sizable swimming pool, pool table and lot of facilities to keep you and kids busy at the villa.

We recently had the pleasure of staying in the forest and blue villa and it was an absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. Exceptional Hospitality and Impeccable Property From the moment we arrived, our hosts were incredibly kind and attentive. They were always available to answer our questions and provided excellent recommendations, making us feel truly welcome. Their responsiveness and genuine desire to ensure our comfort really set the tone for a fantastic stay. The villa itself was simply perfect. It was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we could possibly need for our stay, from a fully stocked kitchen to comfortable furnishings. It's clear a lot of thought went into making this a true home away from home. Breathtaking Views And the view from the property? Absolutely stunning! Waking up to the panoramic scenery each morning was a highlight, and the sunsets were simply unforgettable. It added an incredible layer of beauty to an already wonderful trip.

My family and I had an absolutely wonderful stay. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The villa itself was spotless – clean, comfortable, and clearly well looked after. It had everything we needed for a relaxing break. What made the stay even more special was the host. Incredibly welcoming and attentive, Milos was always available to answer any questions we had and made sure we felt completely at home. It’s not often you come across such genuine hospitality! We went on a 3 hours boat trip recommended by Milos which was wonderful. The villa's setting was peaceful and the perfect base for exploring the surrounding area. I wouldn't hesitate to return and can wholeheartedly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality stay.

Branislav has been a fantastic host. The place was lovely and had all the amenities listed and was a clean and beautiful house. We were a 10 second walk from the beach which is gorgeous and has amazing views of the mountains and the lake which is amazing to swim in. It was quiet and private, and just down the road is a little shop with basic necessities. The community is local and very kind and welcoming and there are restaurants close by. There is a bus stop a minute walk from the house and busses that go to Kotor every hour. Branislav responded quickly to questions about busses, food and activity recommendations, and questions about the property. He let us check in early because of our flight with no issues and has since offered to send something I left. He helped us book an early taxi to the airport when we left and the process of checking in and out was very simple. All together we had a fantastic week in a beautiful location and I recommend this air BnB to everyone.

My partner and I had a fantastic stay at Sonja and Neno's Villa in Budva. The apartment itself is spacious and well equipped with incredible views. As other reviews have said, the photos don't do it justice! Sonja and Neno were both incredibly welcoming hosts, inviting us over for homemade Rakia and wine on our first day and being incredibly responsive throughout our trip. We would absolutely recommend their place and will be returning on our next trip to the area!
