You will have at your fingertips everything the city has to offer: theaters, cinemas, bars, restaurants, cafes, swimming pool, shopping centers, bike path along the river, city landmarks such as the Black Tower, Přemysl Otakar II Square, town hall and much more.

Our cottage

Our chalet is a place for anyone who enjoys recharging their batteries in nature – whether as a couple or in the peaceful company of friends and family. You'll find it in an oak-pine forest near Borovany in South Bohemia, in beautiful natural surroundings not far from the Novohradské Mountains. Although it may not seem like it at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they can't be seen from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the deck. There is no wifi in the cabin, so enjoy your time really together.

For lovers of relaxation, we offer the possibility of barbecuing on the terrace or relaxing in the sauna overlooking the pond. If you like the night sky, or there are more of you than fit in the cottage, we offer the possibility of sleeping in a tent or directly under the stars

The apartment is located in a quiet part of the center of České Budějovice, 5 minutes walk from Přemysl Otakar II Square. There is a city park with benches and a fountain 200 meters away. The 1+kk apartment is airy, facing south. The accommodation is great for couples, solo travelers and business trips.

The apartment is divided into two rooms - a kitchen, where there is a sofa bed that can accommodate two people, and a bedroom, where there is a sofa bed for 2 people and the possibility of an extra bed/crib. The kitchen is fully equipped (electric oven with hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle). The kitchen also includes a fireplace. The apartment has a shower and a separate toilet.
