Very comfortable apartment, private bedroom, balcony, sunny, clean. There are a lot of shops, a couple of restaurants, caffeine, a green park, a body of water. Walking distance to all the infrastructure. Gated area, cozy inside you can walk around. Maxim is a wonderful host, I recommend, I will come again

everything was good, the apartment was adequately clean, the host was very responsive and let me check in an hour early. wifi was good, and plenty of hot water.
