Charming cottage in beautiful Järnsida, a leisure area by the sea with walking distance to swimming area. The cottage is located next to a forest area. Lawn for outdoor activities, two terraces in different weather conditions. There is a barbecue and indoors there is a fireplace to burn in. Two single beds, a bunk bed, and a sofa bed are provided. Laundry machine in bathroom and shower with entrance from outside. 30 min to Kalmar and about 45 min to Karlskrona. Grocery store is located in Bergkvara about 2 kilometers away. 24/7 and farm shop in Bröms.

Guest house on beach plot with high holiday feeling. Here you enjoy the tranquility of the deck and watch the sun set over the water, or have a morning coffee on the front patio with morning sun. Private jetty with bathing ladder. Quiet area close to nature. In the area there is a swimming area with barbecue area, outdoor gym, playground, boule court and hiking trail. Newly renovated 1 bathroom with washer, dryer. Fully equipped kitchen. TV and Wi-Fi are not available. Check in at 16:00 Check-out at 12:00 PM Cleaning fee= Washing of towels, linens that are included. The tenant should wipe down surfaces in the kitchen and bathroom. Plus vacuuming before checkout. Smoking, pets, parties, lit candles are not allowed. Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home with the sea as a neighbor. Approximately 300 meters to the swimming area. Lovely nature to stay in if you want to go out and move on. Discover the nice Örarev in Fulvik just 4.2 km away, as well as a nice and larger swimming area/beach. Möre golf club only 5km. If you want to go to the summer town of Kalmar and Öland, it is only about a 30 minute drive. Pets are welcome.

Nice house for rent by the coast

Welcome to a very fresh, bright and cozy house with that little extra. The house is very nicely located in Småland environment with proximity to the sea, meadows and forest. Nice small and modern studio close to the seaside. 8km to the city center of Kalmar and 2okm to reach the Island Öland with their lovely beaches and wonderful nature. If you want to stay on the Island Styrsö where the studio is located you find a bathing place 500meters down the road.
