The distance from beach and house is about 5 min by walk, and distance from old center of town is about 15 min by walk. It is situated on the second floor of the old townhouse. The main gate and courtyard are the entrance to the old townhouse complex, with the old stone staircase leading to the first floor and the entrance of the Penthouse. Another flight of steep narrow stairs leads to the second floor, and attic.

BOOK THIS PLACE!! I cannot say enough about Ivan and his lovely home. He met us in the parking space and carried our luggage down the 200 steps to oceanfront paradise! When the brief tour of the house took us outside to the pool, hottub and oceanfront I almost cried. This was exactly what we needed on our vacation and it was better than expected. The house was stocked in every way imaginable, lacked nothing at all. Ivan made sure to leave us a welcome gift of food, wine and all kinds of yummy things. The house was SPOTLESS. Coming in May was so wonderful because we used the pool, ocean and hot tub in constant rotation. We ate our meals outside (there were two places with full 8-person dining tables) and enjoyed every moment here. My daughter's 20th birthday was during our stay and Ivan surprised us with a delicious treat from a local bakery! He also sent occasional local recommendations throughout our stay via message. It was very helpful! We LOVED this stay!!

Ubytování bylo naprosto dokonalé, čisté a svěží. Velice pohodlná postel, luxusní koupelna a sprchový kout a nádherná kuchyně, která navíc obsahovala i základní suroviny (olej, sůl, pepř ale i čaj a kávu) což bylo velmi nápomocné. Voda z kohoutku byla pitná. Výhled z apartmánu na přístav byl nádherný a bylo možné si jej užít na prostorné terase. Pláž byla vzdálená opravdu jen pár kroků a na přelomu května a dubna byla zcela prázdná. Nejde nezmínit hostitelku Melanii, která je duší apartmánového domu a udělá vše pro to, aby jste si mohli odpočinout. Moc děkujeme!

Very nice place to enjoy private pool with hydro massage corner, waterfall and olives trees garden arround. No neighbors is a big plus, very quiet, some noise from near airport, but not disturbing much, even enjoined to watch the plains. Already visited this place two times and will come again in future.

Ich hatte eine schöne erholsame Woche in Kastel Novi. Die Eigentümer sehr freundlich und haben immer gefragt, ob ich alles habe. Besonders nett bei Ankunft, ein kleines Versorgungskörbchen. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und komme gerne wieder.

The space was spacey, and the AC worked perfectly. However, I think what this listing stand out is Ljube's communication. She's super fast and quick to response and supported us every time. The listing is pretty big as well. One thing to remind is the mater bed room has a toilet which is open and the bath is transparent , so may need to consider if you are traveling with your friends.
