This great place to stay with a sauna is located on a beautifully landscaped and fenced property in the middle of Oerlenbach but in a very quiet location. Our accommodations are wonderfully suited for families or groups of several people. The houses Paulchen and Charlie can each accommodate up to 4 people. The tiny houses are beautifully furnished with a lot of love for detail. Each of the houses has 2 double beds, and the Buddy house also has a sofa bed, which is very comfortable.

Farm community in old mill

Stay in the middle of a farm community in an old mill and enjoy the idyll and nature that surrounds us. There is a lot to discover on a tour: the old mill and fortifications, fields for growing vegetables, our small summer mill café (open on Sundays) and, last but not least, our flock of chickens. The accommodation can accommodate 8 people plus 2 small children and can be combined with additional vacation accommodations/guest rooms if needed (see listing "Relax and Enjoy")

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

Cozy 75 sqm apartment on the A7

We offer our 75 sqm granny apartment as accommodation. This is just off the A7 motorway. Street parking is available next to the property. The apartment was renovated and newly furnished after the last rental. In the village there is a bakery and a butcher, as well as a restaurant and also a gas station. Pets are allowed upon request. Distance to Würzburg 20 min. Distance to Schweinfurt 10 minutes. Distance to Kreuzberg/Wasserkuppe 40-45 min.

The barrier-free apartment (60 m²) with balcony is perfectly located between the old town and the highway/industrial area. The entire residential complex was only completed in April 2020 and has a small playground in the courtyard. The bright and friendly apartment is very cozily furnished, so you can feel immediately comfortable. Many shops and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity, and the city center is a 5-minute walk.

The house is in a quiet location below the castle ruins Bodenlaube close to forest and meadow. In a few minutes, you are in the World Heritage City of Bad Kissingen. A bus stop is below in the immediate vicinity. The visitor's tax is exclusive.

Bundorf Castle Mill

Our holiday home is a more than 200 years old former water mill in the hilly landscape of the Franconian Hassberge. Where previously the flour was ground for the estate of the Bundorfer Castle, today up to 12 guests can relax on 250 sqm in the elegant salon, the open kitchen with cozy breakfast room and 6 bedrooms. From your own garden, you can look out at the castle and its park.

"Rothhäuser Mühle" (Bavaria, Lower Franconia)

The property "Rothhäuser Mühle" consists of two adjoining cottages: The large "main house" for up to 11 people and the smaller "basket house" for 4 people. Due to the spacious and open design of the living-dining area and the high-quality equipped kitchen, the house is also ideal for family gatherings. By the way, there is a very good party service in the neighboring village.
