Capitol Hill studio apartment with kitchenette (no stove and no freezer) and a full bathroom. This space sleeps up to 6 on a queen bed, double bed and a queen size futon sofa. We provide all the things you need to be comfortable: cable tv, fast wifi, coffee, laundry detergent and shower soaps. The front patio is great for people watching. Our space is easy access to Whole Foods, Starbucks, CVS, plenty of local restaurants, bars & of course all the tourist sights on the Hill!

DC Cozy. Kitchen, W/D: Walkable!

Most walkable + safe residential locations in DC: one block from the W.E. Convention Center, less than 10 10-minute walk to the Cap. Arena, and a 20-minute walk to the National Mall with its lovely Smithsonian Museums, White House, Chinatown, with some of the city's best dining and nightlife a stone's throw away.
