Great property for a large family or adult group. EZ walk to Wharf and to Metro station (Waterfront/green line). EZ walk to morning coffee if you don’t want to make it yourself. Appreciated the large dining table and first floor set up that was good for socializing and happy hour. We had 7 adults in our group- plenty of room for both our couples and our singles. Twin bed rooms are adult friendly with both size of twin beds and neutral decor. The parking spot was an appreciated amenity! Great place for a group visit to DC, with responsive and friendly hosts.

Our stay was fantastic! The location was SO close to everything and the walkability to some great restaurants was great! Greg was very informative and responsive and I def recommend taking advantage of the parking offered, well worth it in this busy neighborhood. This was the cleanest Airbnb I have ever stayed in, everything was well labled and the kitchen had everything you need to cook! The home and the the neighborhood were very charming and if you like unique stays, I'd def recommend checking it out! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Nathan has a lovely home—it feels like stepping back in time into one of old Washington’s charming houses. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, and communication with Nathan was excellent. The location is convenient, about a 25-minute walk to Capitol Hill. While the surrounding area could be better—the streets were a bit dirty—it wasn’t a big deal and didn’t affect our overall experience. We had a wonderful time in Washington, and staying at this house was definitely part of it. Thank you, Nathan!

Great stay for a concert at RFK stadium field. Cute airbnb amd just what we needed. Was very walkable to great coffee shops.

Amazing stay. Feels just like a home, as others have said. Area very comfortable, safe. Walkable to some little/big box groceries. Well appointed spaces and lots of little touches provided like coffee. Air conditioning in bedrooms via mini splits was excellent. One of our best Airbnb stays on record. Does not disappoint.

Great stay. I had no issues at all during my stay, the hosts were responsive and helpful. The private parking was a great addition, make sure to ask about it if needed. Nice neighborhood with lots to do.

Milian’s property was great! It was clean, comfortable, and located in a vibrant DC neighborhood. We only had 2 people and a brief stay, but it would be comfortable for more people and a long stay if needed. There are loads of nearby restaurants and the Metro is a short walk. Highly recommend.

The Hideaway looks just like the pictures. The home is so lovely. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Two FULL bathrooms, one ensuite. The flat is VERY VERY clean. There's a Whole Foods walking distance and some cute restaurants nearby. Also close enough to a lot of main sightseeing destinations. We stayed during a very HOT June weekend and the A/C was perfect. Safa was very responsive and professional.

We had such a great time and Scott was a fantastic host. Very responsive and knowledgeable about the area. Gave us recommendations and they were top notch. We found excellent places to eat extremely close. The transportation via uber or metro was extremely easy. Overall it was a great time and we are recommending this booking for anyone who asks. Very happy!

I had a wonderful stay at Jane’s Airbnb in Washington, DC. The space was exceptionally clean and peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax after exploring the city. Jane was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience smooth and stress-free. The neighborhood itself is beautiful and full of history—great for walking and soaking in the charm of the area. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting DC!

This was definitely a hidden gem! Right in Capitol Hill with plenty of restaurants and stores. Very close to the Metro and steps from any scooter or bike. The host was very responsive and helpful. Their guide in the house was great. We did a last-minute car rental and they helped us register the vehicle so we can park it on the street. The house was exactly what we needed. The water pressure in the shower was phenomenal! We are grateful to have found this location.

Saad was a terrific host. He was always prompt with responses and made sure all our needs were taken care of. My bridesmaids and I had a wonderful night before the wedding and made great memories in Saad’s private, cozy, and comfortable space. There were plenty of beds for the 8 of us, with nice amenities (even had a printer, which came in so clutch) and cute decor. It was easy to find Saad’s place, and there was ample street parking on the weekends. I would definitely look forward to booking another stay at Saad’s.

The location was very nice, the home felt very private which is what I like about staying at an airbnb compared to staying at a hotel. Host was very helpful with figuring out parking and getting permits. They also gave us lot's of info about about how to navigate quirks about the home. The house was very clean especially the kitchen and bathroom. I appreciate there being 3 different sleeping arrangements. Overall had a great stay!

Kaye and Zack were the best hosts! They checked in on us several times to make sure everything was going OK. The location is so handy for getting around on the Metro. We loved our stay!

Jordi’s place was wonderful. The home is just steps away from Blagden Alley. We ventured through the alley almost every day to enjoy the art and the businesses on our way to our next adventure. Walking to the capitol area is less than a mile. We decided to use the Metrorail after the first day. The Metro station is about a quarter mile from the home. For a family of five the home worked well enough. Going from 3 baths at home to the one bath at Jordi’s place was an adjustment but we managed to make it work. We all enjoyed our stay. We would certainly come back again.

Rudolph’s home was wonderful! It was perfect for our little group and perfect distance from the concert we were attending. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. Rudolph was super helpful if we had any questions and a great host. Would recommend :)

Great apartment in a great neighborhood. Close to the Metro and restaurants. I highly recommend this home, located on a beautiful and historic tree lined street. Elliott was great in giving us tips and always responded quickly. We hope to stay there again.
