Loved staying at Synta's place for a quick getaway and would definitely come here again! She was super flexible from the beginning with allowing an early check in. Very easy to find and get inside the home with the keypads. Inside was spotless, the bathroom was beautiful, and the complimentary sleep masks and earplugs were so thoughtful! The metro was a quick 10 minute walk away. She also surprised us with bagels and milk for breakfast as a bonus! Such a great host, I recommend staying here!

Everything was great. Love the fact that it was only a 10min drive to the pool where my water polo tournament was held. I got lucky almost every night with parking, which was in front. One day I had to park around the corner but it wasn’t a far walk at all. They gave me places to eat and drink which worked out when I met an HS friend. Communication was great. Every other day or so they would check on me to see if I needed something, not in person but through messages. Which was great. Tv was loaded with apps, all you needed was you sign in info. Will totally rent from them again.

Big shoutout to Joel and his space! Joel welcomed us to the Airbnb, gave us crystal clear instructions on how to get in and out, and showered us with a ton of neighborhood recommendations. The space itself was a great reminder that not all modern AirBnbs need to be soulless gray boxes. We had a great time reveling in all the kitsch. Lots of communication and flexible checkin/checkout times were a bonus. Thanks Joel!

We really enjoyed our 5 day stay at Autumn's place. The neighborhood was beautiful and we enjoyed being able to walk to daily mass at the neighborhood Catholic Church, which was a real treat for us! Autumn was very responsive and accommodating to all of our questions and requests. We had groceries delivered to make breakfast a few mornings and that was really nice. Her place has all the amenities we needed for our stay. Finally, this was the easiest checkout experience we've ever had using AirBnB!

Great residential area close to many restaurants/shops. Melissa gave great recommendations on where to go. The space was exceedingly well-equipped. It was a treat after a long travel day to have chilled sparkling water in the fridge and snacks on the counter. A well-stocked Keurig was also so nice to have. Melissa was responsive, helpful, and very accommodating. Very happy with our stay.

Michael was a kind and courteous host. He greeted us and showed us everything we needed to know, and we had a pleasant chat. The premises were perfect for the two of us, in a GREAT location near Wisconsin Ave but tucked away in a quiet residential area of Georgetown. All in all we couldn’t have had a better place for our short stay.

I stayed in this great apartment for about 2 weeks whilst I was teaching as a guest lecturer at American University Law School. The apartment is very comfortable and quiet and has everything your need. It is located in a very nice and green neighborhood with shops and restaurants at walking distance. Samer and Denise are very responsive and kind hosts. Highly recommend!!

Edward was one of the most proactive, responsive AirBnB stays that we've ever had. Clear instructions via text beforehand and during check out, nicely detailed book with recommendations and details about the stay in a binder inside, pristine place with everything we needed in the kitchen, and even a fun dog that made our trip even more memorable. We lucked out finding this space available and would love to come again.

This AirBnB was enjoyed by my parents while visiting from out of town for a high school graduation. They slept great here and were pleasantly surprised by the nice atmosphere of this basement unit. They particularly appreciated the king size bed, cleanliness and comfortable set up. They were concerned about parking, but easily found parking close by and did not have to worry about being ticketed or having a pass (which is needed in other areas in the neighborhood just a few blocks closer to the metro). Our only critique was that there wasn’t a railing at the start of the steps down to the unit. This made it a bit challenging for less steady guests, particularly after a long day, when returning at night.

My stay here was great and comfortable. Yohanes was extremely accommodating. The upstairs unit shared hvac w. Basement unit and the guest didn’t like that I had it toasty so Yohanes brought by a space heater to keep both places comfortable. Parking was good too & he made sure we had a permit.

Staying at this Airbnb in D.C. was an amazing experience from start to finish. The location couldn’t have been better—just minutes away from everything I wanted to explore, from iconic landmarks to vibrant local restaurants and nightlife. The host was truly phenomenal—welcoming, attentive, and made sure every detail was taken care of. Communication was smooth, and I felt well taken care of throughout the entire stay. The space itself was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable—felt like a home away from home. Whether you’re visiting for business or pleasure, this place checks all the boxes. I would absolutely recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting D.C. and will definitely be booking again the next time I’m in town!

My friend and I came for pride and was out majority of the time. However while we were at the Airbnb we enjoyed our stay. It was clean, peaceful, and in the perfect location. The Brita and the Keurig was much appreciated! Thank you for making our stay enjoyable.

A great place! We felt immediate cared for when Sasha always kept us updated and answered our questions. The place was clean and amazing, we even think of copying some features at the home for our own! Cannot recommend this place enough!

Jeff was quick to respond to all questions I had. I was able to check in early. Ample street parking. Suite was well furnished and it was very nice having a full kitchen, washer and dryer. Location was next to very good restaurants, and within walking distance of public transit.

We had a great weeklong stay here with 3 adults and a toddler. The backyard was a great little spot to enjoy the sunshine, and the location of the house is absolutely perfect for exploring DC - just a few blocks away from the (elevator-accessible) metro stop. We ate at a few of the restaurants in the Roost food hall and none of them disappointed! The house had everything we needed, including a pack and play crib, a high chair, and some toys. Highly recommended - thanks for a great stay!!

Exactly as described! Very comfortable, kitchen loaded with evertyhing you'd need, a comfortable bed, loads of towlels, and bonus - there's a washer and dryer! Not only that, but Michael has real plants in the home which make it feel cozy and warm. Outside the unit is absolutely lovely with a well manicured lawn, lots of flowers, and an active veggie garden. Made me feel right at home. :) Michael is a cool dude with kind energy. He had recommendations based on what I was telling him and gave me some history on the property - ask him about this! Defintely go to the Ethiopian restaurant he recommends too. Best one in the city IMO (and his). Perfect location for exploring the city, centrally located on a tree lined, residential street. You'll dig this place!

David and Ang's place was exactly as described. Clean, and stocked with everything needed. They sent us clear instructions on how to access the apartment. They even gave us recommendations on local places to order delivery. Parking can be tough to find, but they also gave us advice on that as well. We had a great time in DC and with these hosts! (we are ready to go back to our small town living haha).

We needed a convenient space to stay for an appt we had in DC-we wanted to be close enough so it was easy to get to, but also in a quiet space. This place gave us exactly that! A beautiful neighborhood, clean space and perfect for our family and pup. Xiaowen was super quick to respond if I had any questions and very nice! We definitely recommend and would stay here again if we’re in the area.

Joseph’s place was beautiful, it looks exactly how it is in the picture, the modern design of the apartment was amazing very need and comfortable, he had the guided folder that fill in all the concerns we had, was easy to commute, order food delivery or go to a restaurant was easy everything was amazing, my sister and I love it we were able to take care of business and have fun we really fell at home, I definitely want to go back

The home was very clean and Cheryl provided a list of local places to eat, and visit in DC. Great location for activities, the Wharf was only about 15 minute drive! No issues with parking. Cheryl gave excellent check-in/check-out instructions. 10/10!
