Vacation rentals with a patio in Washington

Thad is very responsive, super helpful, and gifted me a great bottle of wine. The place is clean, very cute, private, and in a safe and extremely walkable/convenient area. The price and the amenities far exceeded any hotel suite I could have booked. I highly recommend this place!

Great stay in a very convenient part of DC. easy access to the metro, and a kitchen with just a bit more than the basics. Hosts were very helpful, and any issues were resolved swiftly.

Jelani’s place was great! It was so spacious and clean. He was super accommodating and we would definitely stay at his place again.

Alana’s place is really right in the middle of Mt. Pleasant — one of DC’s best neighborhoods. Short walk to breakfast tacos at Tejana, ice cream at MDI, pupusas at Ercilias, the metro, bike share, Malcom X park, etc. It’s amazingly quiet for being right in the middle of everything. A great home base for a DC visit.

Our stay at Marsh’s place was absolutely perfect. The place is in a prime location, right in the heart of everything but somehow still felt peaceful. It was super clean, and felt newly redone. The beds were super comfy and the bathroom and kitchen were clean and new. It is a very quick walk to Georgetown (straight down the street) and also to all the shopping/eating in the Georgetown neighborhood. It was really exactly what we needed while in DC :)

Everything about Teri + Eddie’s AirBNB was great! Had a great stay. Rebecca is a wonderful host and provided everything we needed including some snacks, breakfast items and plenty of coffee pods. House is in a great location for seeing the DC sights, close to the metro, restaurants, and Safeway. We also enjoyed the complimentary tickets to the O Museum. We highly recommend staying at Rebecca’s place.

Süßes kleines Apartment. Sehr zentral gelegen, haben alles zu Fuß erkundet. Feuermelder haben wir zwei mal ausgelöst da er sehr empfindlich (Speck anbraten) eingestellt ist. Die „Übermieter“ waren in der Früh gut zu hören, war aber nicht störend. Brookklin hat super schnell reagiert und war sehr freundlich. Gastgeber & Wohnung ist sehr weiter zu empfehlen.

It was a perfect house for us and our adult children and their spouses. It is a beautiful home in a great location. Easy walk to the shops and restaurants. Trader Joe’s is just a block away. Samir was very quick to respond to our questions. Secure off street parking was a plus. All the basics were in the kitchen and bathrooms. Plenty of paper towels and toilet paper. Full sized products in the bathrooms. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you Samir!

if your looking for a nice quiet neighborhood in dc this is a great place. the apartment was very clean. Shareef was very quick at responding and made sure to check in throughout the stay there

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in smooth and hassle-free. I especially appreciated the little touches like fresh towels and coffee. Not to mention the bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in. The location was perfect—peaceful, but still close to everything I needed. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

If I could give the location of this home more than 5 stars, I would. Very easy walking distance to restaurants, shopping, groceries, and the Metro.

Great stay. The home itself was big enough for 6 adults to stay there comfortably, and the rooftop balcony was perfect every morning and evening. Close to major DC attractions. Michael was very responsive and helpful whenever we needed him as well. Highly recommend if you're looking for a stay in the DC area.

This house is truly unique and the multi-story library is awesome for everyone. The roof (and other balconies!) are awesome. Shane was a faultless host, incredibly responsive, helpful and generous. Very well stocked for kids, solid kitchen, lovely bathrooms and comfy beds. We live about 6 blocks away (stayed while our house was being repaired), so we are very familiar with the neighborhood. This awesome house is just off a major intersection and although it sits on a nice little side street, it is right up against a gas station meaning there’s a good amount of foot traffic/noise when you step outside. The house itself is fairly quiet considering, and this was the only downside.

This is a wonderful place to live if you are looking for a peaceful and beautiful airbnb. I had a great trip. Selam is a responsive and friendly host. I would be more than happy to book his airbnb again if I have a chance to come to DC next time.

I simply cannot say enough about Kathryn’s wonderful (and it is charming) place in DC (in the nice Brookland neighborhood). Kathryn’s place was a) spotless; b) comfortable; c) bed (so) comfortable; d) filled w/ signs that she cares about hosting and cares about making her guests stay at home. So well appointed! AC worked like a charm (I was there in the summer). The neighborhood is safe, her place is dramatically close (one block away) to the DC Metro (meaning: from her place you can easily go everywhere). I had gone to her neighborhood to make a pilgrimage to see the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception (which you can see from her block). The pilgrimage to the National Shrine (on the Catholic U. campus) was very meaningful, as a Catholic. And I felt so much at home in Kathryn’s wonderful place. When I’m fortunate enough to be back in DC, I hope to stay there again! Highly recommended!

This unit in Columbia Heights is charming and very comfortable. It’s in a great location, easily walkable to the metro station and very easy to find. Love that there was a parking space for use, which is difficult to find in DC. The unit was very spacious and was great for my husband and I to spend the week. The kitchen was great and well stocked with coffee, dishes, and other necessities. Living space is clean, very comfortable, and very quiet. Meredith was a super host and provided great instructions both for check in and check out. This was an excellent place to stay while visiting DC!

This was a wonderful stay. I loved how they communicated. Very informative. I was in town for multiple events and the furthest i traveled was 12 min. The location is amazing. Compact amenities. Definitely recommend

Dan es muy buen anfitrión, estuvo pendiente de nuestras dudas y dispuesto a ayudarnos con recomendaciones, el departamento es tal como la foto ,pequeño pero muy acogedor ,el barrio es muy tranquilo el metro esta a unas 8 cuadras aproximadamente que es de gran ayuda ,los buses si demoran un poco más. Tuvimos muy buena estadía estamos muy contentos y agradecidos.

We felt right at home in Ian's place. It was very clean and exactly as described - spacious, walkable to so many things yet tucked away and private enough that it's quiet at night. One thing to note is the bed is incredibly firm.

My travel plans changed after I arrived, so I didn't get to stay at Ryan's place. He was very flexible and helpful and willing to accommodate my last minute change. I did get to see the neighborhood, and it was lovely.

Celia’s place is one of those AirBnbs that just shine. It is a beautiful, private, comfortable and spacious apartment in a central but very quiet neighbourhood. And the hosts really have thought of everything. From coffee and milk through to gowns in the bedroom, it is a bit like staying in a five star hotel. Thanks so much for a great stay.

Me and my husband had a truly fantastic stay here at the Jewelbox. It is in a very sweet neighborhood that is the perfect walking distance from E-bikes, a park, multiple bus stops, a gas station, and convenience stores. Each one of the hosts on this stay made me feel incredibly comfortable to say if I needed ANYTHING!! They put effort into making it very easy to find where to park, and took previous feedback to make things even better than before. I seriously loved the stay here and WILL BE returning⭐️

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, well-designed, and very comfortable — it truly felt like a home away from home. The self check-in with a simple access code was super convenient and made everything easy from the start. The location is amazing — close to all the main tourist spots in Washington, DC. We were just minutes away from the National Mall, museums, monuments, and great places to eat. It was the perfect base for exploring the city. The host was kind, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Fast Wi-Fi, comfy beds, and a quiet, safe neighborhood made the whole experience even better. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting DC and would love to stay again!
