The room is clean, the equipment is new, the host receives the problem and supports everything very quickly. Quite fully furnished, the common area is also a lot of items: iron, kitchen, big fridge,...Ms. Thao at Home is very enthusiastic, thoughtful and cute. Home in the street area is also quite good, moving to the central areas is also fast and easy. Thank you Home and will come back again sometime.

This unique townhouse is a true gem! With 5 en-suite bedrooms, privacy is absolutely guaranteed for everyone in your group. Tucked away in an alley right in the heart of the Bui Vien walking street area, it offers the perfect balance: peaceful tranquility when you need it, yet just steps away from all the vibrant energy, dining, and nightlife. The pull-out sofa bed provides a convenient sixth sleeping option, complemented by a handy sixth small restroom next to the living room. It's truly fantastic for a group to stay together under one roof, especially with the added convenience with the elevator. While the elevator needs a little getting used to, it's generally a huge plus. The host was incredibly helpful and provided detailed instructions, making for a smooth and enjoyable stay! There’re also a 24/24 convenience store near it house, only 1 mins walk. Had an awesome stay here over the Reunification holiday weekend! The place was super spacious, perfect for groups and right in the heart of Saigon. We could easily walk to all the main spots, and the city was so alive with celebrations. The apartment was clean, comfy, and had everything we needed. Plenty of space to chill out after exploring, and the common areas were great for hanging out together. The host was super responsive and made check-in a breeze, even with all the holiday buzz. If you’re looking for a central spot in Saigon that’s perfect for a group, this is it. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at the place, and not to mention to our lovely host! She was courteous and helpful even when we had trouble to keep our rented scooter in the garage! Would definitely highly recommend this stay if you guys want a quaint stay right in the heart of Saigon!

BEST HOST EVER!! I’ve stayed in AirBnbs in over 30 countries now and Tina is the best host I’ve had. She was so responsive, kind and incredibly helpful. I had a meeting for work with a man who couldn’t speak English and Tina took the time to come and act as a translator, all without asking. I am so incredibly grateful to her. I wouldn’t have been able to have a successful meeting without her help. The place is spotless and location is amazing. Highly highly recommend, you can’t go wrong!! Will 100% be back soon.

I have stayed at many of this host's listings and the quality has been very high each time. This building specifically is very peaceful, clean, and matched the photos. The staff were very helpful and friendly. If I come back to D4, I would definitely choose to stay here again. It was close enough to D1 and D2 as well.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is super convenient — just a 10-minute walk to the riverside and about 20 minutes to Times Square. The view from the apartment is absolutely stunning: every morning and evening I found myself just staring out the window at the river and the skyline. The apartment itself is very clean and well-kept. The host is incredibly kind, polite, and welcoming — she really made me feel at home. On top of that, she also offers cooking classes, which is a lovely bonus for anyone interested in Vietnamese cuisine. If you’re into street food, there’s a whole street of local options just nearby. And if you're looking for something more upscale, the city center restaurants are within easy walking distance. All in all, it was a great experience. I’d definitely recommend this place!

I had an amazing stay here! The building exceeded my expectations - its luxurious feel made me forget I was in a condo, not a hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the lovely scent at the entrance was a nice touch. Getting around was effortless, and foodies will love the abundance of street food options nearby. Plus, it was surprisingly quick to reach some fantastic restaurants. The pools were stunning, showcasing the architect's attention to detail. But what truly made my stay special was the host's exceptional hospitality. Their fast responses and helpfulness made all the difference. I'll definitely book this place again for my next trip and highly recommend it to anyone. 100% satisfied!

To us, location matters most. The studio is in a relatively quite spot on the very north edge of District 4. A very short walk across a pedestrian bridge brings you into District 1 with its endless choice of coffee shops, etc. The studio doesn't have enough cookware to really cook, but in the end it didn't matter. There was an endless number of stalls and restaurants serving delicious food to satisfy all our needs. We would certainly be comfortable staying here again.

Super great place and awesome view of the tall houses in the city! The host was great, clear instructions always responded quickly and was easy to communicate with! The only thing I have to point out is that another house is being built opposite the apartment, which will obscure the view when it is finished, but so far it works fine!

Annie's place is cleaned and in a very convenient apartment complex. It's also walkable to D1 and the city center while remaining on the quieter side of the river. I recommend staying here!

Que Loc's place is really convenient location for calling a cab to reach District 1, which is the city center! it's located on the city fringe and thus it is also less bustling and crowded than in the city centre too! The studio is just right enough for a couple and it is comfortable and easy to check in. Would highly recommend staying here for no-frills stay and also if you want to head to city centre as well!

LinDa apartment was awesome. Super clean, well furnished and interior design. You can well that this apartment was set up as home. Highly recommended. On top of that, the location (District 4) is great, since I just needed to cross the Bridge "Cau Mong" to get to District 1 and this just took me like 10 mins by walking. LinDa is super friendly and helpful as well. I will definitely come back.

Lovely stay and a lovelier host. Great place at a very convenient location with quick and easy access to everything we were after. Helen (host) was super accommodating and made the entire experience as smooth as butter. Definitely a spot to come back to!

An amazing location, right in the center of Saigon, so many shops, restaurants, and incredible street food right out the door. The apartment is quiet, on a high floor so the street noise is muted. I slept soundly each night. Lots of closet space, so nice to have a washing machine. Grab taxi and bike, deliveries came to the right location. Tracy was responsive and helpful, great with communication and so friendly. I have stayed in many places in Saigon, and this was about as perfect an apartment as you can find in a bustling city. I hope to come back to stay again.
