The location is excellent, right next to the Binh City Market in the city center. It's within walking distance to the surrounding attractions, and the structure of the house is very characteristic of Vietnam. The landlord responds promptly and is very easy to communicate with

Phoenix was wonderful. Any questions we had were answered promptly and the house itself was great. An easy Grab ride to most places you will want to visit in HCMC.

Enthusiastic, clean, pleasant room

Long's airbnb was everything as described. We were a group of 6 so the place was perfect fit for us. Communication was responsive and the hosts were easy to chat to. All check in instruction was easy to follow and understand. The host gave us plenty of recommendation of what to eat nearby. The airbnb was clean and had pretty much all the essential amentities. They also have filtered drinking water so you dont need to buy bottled water everyday. One thing I would like to note is there are a lot of stairs, so if you're staying on the top floor, be prepared ;) Location-wise, plenty to eat and lots to do at night. If you're there for the party, this is the airbnb for you. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay! What truly stood out was how responsive and accommodating the host was. Every time we had a question or request, they replied almost immediately. It's rare to experience such quick and consistent communication. We had a couple of minor issues during our stay, but the host addressed them right away—no delays, no excuses. It really made us feel taken care of and allowed us to relax and enjoy the trip without stress. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described, but the exceptional service made it even better. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a hassle-free stay with a host who truly cares.

These studios are newly built so all fixtures, appliances are nice, modern, and work great. There is still some construction going on as of Nov 10 in the lobby and an adjacent building so there is occasional noise from that in the morning or early afternoon. If you like sleeping in past 8:30, you might not enjoy this place. Late afternoons and evenings and nights are quiet.

A very beautiful, chill and peaceful apartment. Right in the center so easy for transportation and shopping. Also full of kitchen utilities, washing machine,... The host and friendly cute host are always ready to support guests as much as possible ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

This apartment has a very secure area and peace environment, easy to find and easy to get to those tourist sites. Host are friendly with a team to follow up everything include some pick up and keep bag services. Definitely will return back to this lovely and warm apartment.

Alexander’s apartment is centrally located and has great views of the city from high. The building is close to many restaurants and getting in and out is super convenient. The staff at the reception is nice and responsive. The balcony is great and airy so I was able to get my washed clothes dried in no time. Grateful for all of the support provided by the team throughout. Highly recommend.
