The idyllic town of Aurach is close to numerous Franconian sights and historic cities, such as Rothenburg, Dinkelsbühl, Feuchtwangen, Ansbach, etc. Thanks to the good motorway connection (A6), all destinations can be reached in a very short time. By car, you can get to the popular Franconian Lake District in about 30 minutes. Shopping facilities are available in the village.

Small wellness oasis with large garden!

In our cozy tiny house you can forget about everyday life! The cottage is situated in a very quiet residential area on the outskirts of Neuendettelsau surrounded by forest. 5-10 minutes' walk to our leisure pool Novamare, beautiful hiking and cycling trails. The train station is also a 15-minute walk away for a trip to Nuremberg or Ansbach. In 20-30 minutes you can be in the Franconian Lake District by car. Restaurants and supermarkets in the town center are also within walking distance.

The bungalow, completed in November 2020, is located on a fenced property with an area of 500 square meters. The accommodation is heated with an automatic pellet stove with a viewing window. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The room with a double bed is separated from the room with a bunk bed by a wardrobe. Wi-Fi with 250 Mbit/s is at your disposal. The covered terrace offers enough space with about 28 square meters. A carport and a parking space are provided. Access is barrier-free.

Private terrace, located on the outskirts of Gräfensteinberg between Brombachsee and Altmühlsee, opposite the “Drei Eichen,” with beautiful panoramic views. Playground only 200 m away. Dogs welcome. Both lakes can be reached within 10–15 minutes by bike. Fully equipped kitchen. Local village shop within walking distance. Outdoor sauna, 2 e-bikes with Thule Cab2 trailer and EV wallbox available for an additional fee.

Located directly in nature, it offers the perfect place to unwind, relax and breathe. The apartment has 3 bedrooms (Beds: 2 × 160 × 200 cm, 1 × 180 × 200 cm). In addition, the sofa in the living room can be transformed into a comfortable sofa bed with just the push of a button – ideal for additional guests or a cozy movie night.
