The apartment is in a spacious, beautiful, peaceful rural setting including a herb and lettuce garden that we were free to use (spring-summer has its advantages!). Pristine apartment (warm and comfortable with good kitchen and bathroom facilities); great location for exploring the south-west peninsulars of Mizen, Sheep's Head and Beara. Walkable local village. Friendly, responsive host who lives on site. A perfect AirBnB stay. Thank you Stefan.

Two windows allow natural light to illuminate the room, while decorative plants and artwork enhance the ambiance. A small desk area with a chair is positioned against the wall.

The Burrow - Ard Na Mara

JohnRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Ard Na Mara was one of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in. The cottage was spotless, smartly designed and comfortable. The location was unbeatable - at the end of the street with a great view of Dingle and Dingle bay, quiet and a 15 minute walk to town. It was also ideal for the dog with a secure garden. Brian was great at comms re the stay and sent loads of tips on things to do. Dingle was great and we loved the SH drive. Out of the blue and Solar and Doyle’s were all top class restaurants, but you need to book-little chance of a walk-in. Dick Mack’s courtyard was a great venue for a drink and do visit An Diseart gardens and the Harry Clarke stained glass windows. Gardens are free, windows cost €3. Finally every day was sunny and 20 degrees. That’s the only thing I can’t gtee you’ll have too.

The Old Church Hall, Ballydehob.

JoRating, 5 stars5 days ago
We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful converted church hall. It was extremely tastefully decorated with many beautiful touches giving it a lovely homely feel. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, and had everything you needed for a very comfortable stay. Having a record player was an added bonus! Ballydehob is a quaint little village, but fairly quiet early in the week, with no dining options open while we were there. We were sorry that we missed out on eating at Chestnut, with its Michelin recommendation. We ended up having some good lunches as we explored the local area and cooking at night: enjoying ourselves at home. We would definitely recommend The Old Church Hall to anyone coming to this part of Ireland, giving it 5 stars all round!
