The Villa is in a quiet area, north-east of Athens and on the coast. Athens is only miles away and we visited twice to see the important sights and to enjoy the atmosphere. The villa is fantastic, set on a bank above the sea and had all the amenities that we needed, including a well equipped kitchen. The TV and sound system worked well. We were greeted on the day by Maria and she gave helpful instructions on the villa and activities locally. If we had any questions she answered very quickly. A highly recommended villa, sleeping six. Downstairs was self contained with its own bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and sitting room. Ideal for getting away from the noisier guests. The good sized Lidl was 20 minutes drive away, as were pharmacies and the usual important shops and services.

Beautiful accommodation, exceptional location overlooking Nea Styra and the sea. Spacious inside with two bedrooms, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. The ground floor bedroom is equipped with air conditioning while the one on the first floor has a ceiling fan. Thanks to the breeze, it was not necessary to turn on the air conditioner but it was enough to open the windows to have a cool house. On the first floor there is a terrace where you can admire the view, as from the garden, and enjoy the starry sky at night. The house is comfortable and fully equipped. Alexis was very helpful and we thank him for his valuable tips on beaches and restaurants. Recommended for those looking for a relaxing, quiet place but not too far from the center.

Really a great place to stay, only the way to the place is not quite as great but the beach and the amenities were great. The host responded very quickly to any questions. Would definitely recommend the place!

Beautiful beach front house. We enjoyed a peaceful family holiday. The house was clean and well equipped. We enjoyed the private beach by the house every day, they had some sun-beds and sand games the children enjoyed. 10 minutes drive is a Nea Styra where there are great taverns, supermarket etc. The host was wonderful, making sure we had everything we needed.

This is the most wonderful Air b&b I have ever stayed in. My wife and I are 50, our clubbing days are behind us. I said, “I’d love to stay somewhere that feels like how the Med used to be.” I didn’t really think we would find that but we damn well did. Charming, homely, comfortable, stylish house; lovely terrace, open and covered; mosquito nets on all doors and windows 😅. So secluded (you can only be seen from a small part of the beach, that’s it); wild and rugged beautiful hillside; peaceful (no bars, no music, no car horns); the beach is public but because it’s small people don’t know so we never saw more than 2 families and often it was empty! lovely dry garden; 2 outdoor showers☺️; 3 fig trees (ate my body weight during our stay); kayaks!; lovely sea to swim in; sea caves; ocean breeze; 3 simple but tasty restaurants 5 min walk. We absolutely loved staying at Athina and Alex’s. The whole experience was exactly what we hoped it would be - we didn’t want to leave. Thank you!

My family and I have been lucky enough to stay at Rhodric & Angeliks place a few times while we are in Athens. It has consistently been tidy and clean each time. We are mostly grateful for the hospitality they provide, if anything is needed from us they make sure to meet any needs we have. The safe and quiet neighborhood makes this home the best place for a family getaway. Cannot recommend it enough!

Stunning house inside and out, decorated with impeccable taste and everything you could ever need. Outside space fantastic with a view to die for. When it’s not windy, the sea in front of the house is gorgeous, with plenty of fish and even starfish. The whole place is a sea of tranquility, completely quiet, which allows for some of the best night’s sleep we have ever had (the extremely comfortable beds and blackout blinds also help!). Ioan was very friendly and easy to contact, and gave us excellent suggestions for nearby beaches. Local tavernas reachable by car in only a few minutes, serving delicious food. Overall, a fantastic place if what you want is tranquility and days at the beach without being bothered by other people. We couldn’t have asked for more and can’t wait to come back!
