The Villa is in a quiet area, north-east of Athens and on the coast. Athens is only miles away and we visited twice to see the important sights and to enjoy the atmosphere. The villa is fantastic, set on a bank above the sea and had all the amenities that we needed, including a well equipped kitchen. The TV and sound system worked well. We were greeted on the day by Maria and she gave helpful instructions on the villa and activities locally. If we had any questions she answered very quickly. A highly recommended villa, sleeping six. Downstairs was self contained with its own bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and sitting room. Ideal for getting away from the noisier guests. The good sized Lidl was 20 minutes drive away, as were pharmacies and the usual important shops and services.

Hello This was my second time staying at Iren's house...and it was great. If you are looking for an escape from the city and people this is the place for you, the contact with Iren is excellent she is always helpful I recommend this house !!! do not forget that you have to organize your own food and cleaning and that is not a problem you can buy food in Marmari Thank you Iren If life allows it I will come back

Alloggio stupendo, posizione eccezionale con vista su Nea Styra e sul mare. Spaziosa all’interno con due camere da letto, una al piano terra è una al primo. La camera al piano terra è dotata di condizionatore mentre quella al primo di ventilatore a soffitto. Complice la brezza non è stato necessario accendere il condizionatore ma è bastato aprire le finestre per avere una casa fresca. Al primo piano è presente una terrazza sulla quale è possibile ammirare il panorama, come dal giardino del resto, e godere del cielo stellato nella notte. La casa è confortevole e completamente attrezzata. Molto disponibile Alexis a cui vanno i nostri ringraziamenti per i preziosi consigli su spiagge e ristoranti. Consigliata a chi cerca un posto rilassante, silenzioso ma non troppo distante dal centro.

Un séjour exceptionnel dans cette villa ! L’endroit est magnifique, spacieux et parfaitement entretenu, offrant un confort optimal. La vue est tout simplement époustouflante, et la piscine à débordement est un véritable paradis pour se détendre tout en admirant le paysage. Christiana est une hôte remarquable : toujours disponible, réactive et extrêmement attentive à chaque détail pour rendre mon séjour parfait. Le cadre calme et serein est idéal pour se ressourcer. Je recommande vivement cette villa à quiconque cherche des vacances reposantes et de qualité. Je reviendrai sans hésiter !

Το σπίτι ήταν πανέμορφο όπως ακριβώς στις φωτογραφίες. Ήταν πεντακάθαρο και δεν έλειπε τίποτα από μέσα (είχε πραγματικά τα πάντα). Υπήρχαν σαφής οδηγίες για την άφιξη και την αναχώρηση μας. Μαρία περάσαμε πραγματικά υπέροχα και το μόνο σίγουρο είναι ότι θα το ξαναπροτιμήσουμε! Σ'ευχαριστούμε πολύ για όλα.
