There is hot water, electricity, bed linen, towels and utensils for cooking. There is NO gas, TV, or internet, so the children are outside all day. Fresh air, a beautiful garden, a swimming pool, the sun and a large gazebo - everything for a full-fledged rest in nature with dear and close people

Unique Rancho on the Sevan beach, in village Chkalovka. We have a large garden with horses, baby zone, while inside of the villa we have 3 luxury rooms with private bathrooms, 2 other bedrooms with shared bathroom, and 2 large living rooms. In the garden we have a large terraca, summer kitchen and BBQ zone. In the kitchens we have all the neccesaryy stuff such as plates, pots etc. Cleanliness and high comfort are guaranteed.
