The train station with a good connection to Munich is a 16-minute walk away, and the nearest supermarket (Netto) is 12 minutes away.

The spacious studio house with 4 bedrooms is suitable for a larger group of up to eight guests. Inside, large windows provide plenty of daylight and views. The first floor with an entrance, an impressive, airy living and dining area with kitchen island and garden view as well as a bedroom celebrates the community. Upstairs there are three more double bedrooms. From here, the view over the lake with Alpine panorama also opens up. The sauna house awaits in the garden.

A jump in Lake Ammersee offers refreshment,(20 min by bike, 10 min by car) There are bells ringing and a Village rush hour. Quiet during the day and at night.

The Pearl - Green, new, fancy!

This unique place has a style on its own. Even though it is „only“ a studio you have lots and lots of room and opportunity to hang out. The TV is very versatile and you can choose if you’d want to watch TV from the couch or sitting in the chairs around the kitchen table. The sun room is my favourite spot with 2 unique seating arrangements that are very comfy.
