... in the district of Garmisch-Partenkirchen lies in the Ammer Valley between the world-famous Passion Play town of Oberammergau and the "Blue Land" of Murnau, with its famous artists around the "Blaue Reiter" group. Our alpine hut is located at the foot of the "Hörnle," the local mountain of Bad Kohlgrub, in an absolutely quiet location and is the starting point for hikes, ski tours, snowshoeing, sledding and is just 5 minutes from the mountain railway station 1 - 2 dogs are welcome.

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

Vintage, formerly Heuboden, near Ammersee (7 km)

The entire place for 2 or 4 people together. Arrive at this retreat, take walks, sit in the garden and listen to bird concerts. Simple and stylish, the mood invites you to relax. Sometimes there are private cultural events, such as tango dances, readings and art exhibitions. A jump in Lake Ammersee offers refreshment,(20 min by bike, 10 min by car) There are bells ringing and a Village rush hour. Quiet during the day and at night.
