Perfect for groups, families or business meetings: you can reserve our Villa Toscana with three double rooms on the first floor and have access to the spacious living area on the ground floor as well as the fully equipped kitchen. Families with children and dogs are welcome. Relax in the cozy conservatory with palm trees and use the outdoor area with garden house, terrace, seating and outdoor fireplace. Perfect location for families, because it is very quiet, close to Döbeln, but still you have many nearby attractions, such as the castle and dam Kriebstein, Leisnig Castle and the new Karls Erdbeerhof. The A14 is about 5 minutes' drive away. Make yourself at home. All of our daughter's toys can be used. The large southwest terrace invites you to sunbathe.

The villa is located within the castle wall of Pillnitz Castle or the walls of the old Kammergut. Historically, the royal wood storage area was located on the property, surrounded by 2.50 to 4 m high natural stone walls, which still offer you great privacy today, without being seen from the outside.

Entire apartment with two bedrooms, kitchen. Shower box. One room has a wood-burning fireplace. Beautiful view of the Sněžník lookout tower, lit in winter. In the garden, it is possible to set up two tents for nine people included in the price of accommodation. Everything is available for the toilets.
