Great family villa @ Amsterdam Ijburg

Our great family villa is located in a safe & quite area close to city center. The villa has two major living rooms, an open kitchen, a large terrace, great views and you can jump in the water directly from the dock in the garden. The water is very clean and lot’s of people swim daily. Amsterdam Ijburg is a child friendly. The streetcar (tram) is 3 minutes walk from the house and brings you in 15 minutes to Amsterdam Central Station. There are 2 free parking lots. Only families are accepted.

This beautiful studio with garden view in a family home is a peaceful place just 15 minutes away from the busy city center. The entrance to the house is communal, we live on the top floors, but the studio has its own entrance from the hallway and has private access to the garden with view on and entrance to a canal. The studio has a kitchen with basic cooking equipment (microwave, hot plates, pans, coffeemaker etc), shower, toilet and seating area to make your stay as convenient as possible.

A spacious garden is featured, displaying a green lawn complemented by stepping stones. A cozy, curved seating area is present, alongside a wooden pergola. The backdrop includes modern brick buildings, adding a contemporary feel to the tranquil outdoor space.

Enjoy your time in Amsterdam in our comfortable family house with garden located in the beautiful, safe and quiet neighborhood near the city center. Very convenient location only 1 min to the tram to Central station (15 min) and Amsterdam's popular Blijburg beach is walking distance. Very suitable for families (incl. one childroom with some toys and games). Also there is an options for a private parking space (but please align during the reservation for the availability of the parking).

Our house is perfect for a family. There are two double beds and one single bed. The house is very light and has a nice cosy garden. Behind our house there is place to swim. There are several nice beaches. There is a huge park,a lovely harbour, several restaurants and the city centre is by tram 26 only 15 minutes away. Also acentral place to discover more beautifull surrounding of the Netherlands: Zaanse schans, waterland, Muiderslot, wadden-islands and more. Free parking at the house!!

Hi, we are Cees and Cathalijne, and are happy to offer our upstairs. The apartment is in Centrumeiland, a new district in Amsterdam. Within walking distance are shops, supermarkets, terraces, restaurants and the beach! The apartment has a living room with pantry, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and 2 balconies. Directly behind the shared front door is the staircase up to the apartment: it is separate from the rest of the house. We live downstairs ourselves, so you have a lot of privacy.

Beautiful city beach with restaurant and surf club and a lovely park a 2-minute walk away. Our house is very suitable for family with kids. IJburg is a modern quiet district in Amsterdam where mainly families live. IJburg has several shops, supermarkets, restaurants and a cozy harbor.

Nowadays she has been refitted to accommodate groups of passengers (up to 12 people).
