During your stay in our house, you will find peace in all the hustle and bustle. The house is spacious and has a large garden, where you can sit comfortably even when it rains. Our house is a stone's throw from the city center of Amsterdam. Within fifteen minutes you are on Leidseplein and you walk along the canals, while the house is located in a very quiet and child-friendly neighborhood. The house has been partially renovated. The ground floor and first floor are brand new and ready for use.

When we caught smoke inside we will give a fine of 100 euros. - NO barbecue policy - NO party location, no loud music allowed. After 22:00 we are quiet. - Pets are allowed, only on their leash.

Our lovely spacious family home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms including free parking and a garden. The tram on the corner takes you to the center of Amsterdam in a few stops. Beautiful city beach with restaurant and surf club and a lovely park within a 2-minute walk. Our house is very suitable for families with children. IJburg is a modern quiet neighborhood in Amsterdam where mainly families live. IJburg has various shops, supermarkets, restaurants and a cozy harbor.

OUR 3 FLOOR TOWNHOUSE comprises a sauna, garden, 4 bedrooms, 2 toilets, bath & separate shower, laundry room. The large living room, with a modern-rustic feel to it, has an open kitchen and sun room which opens to the garden. BEDROOMS: Bedroom 1: king size bed. Bedroom 2: tree house bed that accommodates 2 children or alternatively grownups (mattresses are 2 meters long). Bedroom 3: large couch that turns into a comfortable double bed. Bedroom 4: double bed.

Green Oasis at sailing barge "the Rederijker"

Your stay is at an unique sailing barge . In summertime we organize daytrips from Amsterdam to the IJsselmeer. Recently we have transformed our beautiful ship in a 'Green Oasis' for Air bnb purposes off saison . The ship is moored in the harbour of IJburg, near the centre of Amsterdam. Around the harbour are many restaurants to be found, like NAP, DOK 48 and Blijburg. Supermarket and other shops in the neighbourhood.

"Sailing barge Titaan” is a relatively new ship in the Dutch fleet. She is build in 2001 and has been used mostly for romantic sailing trips and weddings. Nowadays she has been refitted to accommodate groups of passengers (up to 12 people). The traditional white sailing barge in combination with a more modern and luxury interior gives the whole ship an interesting twist and a perfect place to unwind and relax.
