Separated from the main house by a courtyard, the apartment is in a converted barn on 3 levels. On the middle level, there is a bathroom and kitchenette and a queen-size box-spring bed. A steep staircase leads to a loft with a double bed. The entrance area (lower level) is located with a glass front facing the courtyard. The bathroom, kitchen and gallery have windows to the garden. 6 minutes' walk to the S-Bahn subway station to Frankfurt (about 30 minutes to the city), good connection to the A3. Currently 2G!

From this centrally located accommodation, you are in no time at all the important places. Although the apartment is centrally located, the area is still quiet. The bus and train are within 5-10 minutes' walking distance. From there, you can go in all directions, whether Darmstadt, Frankfurt or Offenbach. For your meals, we have Kaufland and Aldi, which are also within walking distance. In the kitchen you will find everything you need for cooking. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment!

The Rose - Romantic loft at the Spessart forest

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

The center of Groß-Umstadt with its historic market square is 4 km away, Darmstadt 24 km and Aschaffenburg 26 km. The train station (700 m) offers connection to the public transport network.

My boathouse is a place of rest and relaxation. It invites you to be completely for yourself, to forget everyday life is located in a small village between Darmstadt and Frankfurt. We are renting out our lovely home during our vacation only to persons who commit to regularly water our plants and feed our fishes. The apartment is situated on the river bank, in the middle of the city and in the neighborhood of the European Central Bank. The shuttle train station is only 7 minutes walk away. Direct trains to the airport will take only 20 minutes.
