Charming studio in new condition, located in the heart of the historic center of Die (on the main street of the city) however very quiet as it faces the courtyard. This accommodation is located on the 2nd floor and includes: entrance, fully equipped kitchen (senseo, toaster, kettle, microwave and all the necessary dishes), a sleeping area with queen size bed (160/200) with a high quality mattress, plenty of storage/wardrobe and a TV, as well as a bathroom with toilet.

The property features a private terrace and a large park shared with the residents of the property. In summer, you can enjoy the comfort of air conditioning and garden furniture. If you come as a family with your baby, we have all the necessary equipment (crib, bathtub, play mat, baby bouncer, etc.). The cottage is located a 10-minute walk from the center of Die and a 5-minute walk from the train station. We also provide guests with access to bicycles.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of an old building that was used as a library.

Former agricultural building, this 75 m2 house has been completely renovated after 3 years of work (end of work July 2021) This renovation was done with great care, for a premium service. In each of the rooms the view is striking, charming or even aerial… It is a real little eagle's nest that dominates the village… but with your feet in the water… The Roanne River and its natural pools are a 5-minute walk away.
