It was very clean and Emre was super friendly and helpful host. It was a pleasure for us to stay in the place. Close to Altinkum and many restaurants.

I enjoyed the place — it’s nice and quiet. Salih is a trustworthy host, very friendly and ready to help any time. He keeps the promises. There is a beautiful beach in 5 minutes walk from apartment. The sunsets are amazing!

The house is brand new and great for family or couples not too crowded. There was nothing we needed or couldn't find. All kinds of electronics were working as they should. It is a great advantage to be able to walk to Altinkum beach in 6-7 minutes. There is a shock market right under the building and a monopoly in front of it, so if you want to buy something and spend time at home when you're tired, you don't have to go all the way around the world. In addition, the dolmus that leads to the places on the greenkent side, which is formerly called mandala beach (currently zeus beach), if you have a car, you can follow the road directly and reach it in 7-8 minutes. Mr. Emre is someone who organizes everything and takes care of you in any of your needs, so if I'm going to work after this time and there's a place here, I won't be looking for any other people. Highly recommended

Mr. Emre was very kind. She was quick to respond to any questions I had. We returned very satisfied with the holiday we stayed as a family. The house was 10 and 15 minutes by walk to the beach in terms of location. When we told Mr. Emre about the supplies that were not in the house, he immediately tried to meet them. For those who will come to the Altinkum side, they should definitely experience a very nice house.

The house is perfect in terms of location; walking distance to grocery stores and the beach. We had a comfortable stay with our two boys. The items in the house were clean and convenient, and the air conditioning was quite adequate. It would have been even better if there were only towels and a hair dryer. The host was extremely quick and helpful in communication. Highly recommend.

Mr. Sinan was very interested. The house was very clean and tidy. The location of the house had a natural structure. We were disturbed by the biting flies, but we stayed for a short time. It was a house that met all our needs. You can have a barbecue in the garden.

We were able to arrive earlier than the official schedule, thank you Isil. Her charming grandmother living downstairs gave us the key. Several floors offer several bedrooms. Everything is well-equipped but the highlight of this house is the quiet and it is not negligible in Kusadasi, and the balcony of beautiful size where we often had lunch. We park on the street right in front, it's convenient. Good location for visiting the archaeological remains of Ephesus to the north, Priene and Miletus to the south, and of course Kusadasi by expressways. A very good memory and friendly contact with Isil's grandmother.

After this week at Ayfer's, I recommend this stay 100%! The apartment has absolutely everything you need to stay without a problem; it is located in a super well located village to visit the region, the place is super safe, there are shops and bakeries very close by (you can go on foot). Ayfer and her husband have treated us as people of their family, they helped and advised us to everything necessary and they have always been available despite not having the same language, we were able to create a nice relationship. it should be noted that we stayed with a baby in her house, and they helped us in everything necessary to make our daughter feel good ( cradle, savannas, heater, and above all a lot of love and smiles for her!) The sunset view is unparalleled from the terrace!!! we recommend it is no doubt if they want to have a local experience!

The villa surrounds and hotel complex are beautiful and extremely pleasant to walk around (although note there are some quite steep hills). Everything you need is in the complex. The villa itself is very well decorated, clean and very easy to live in. The kitchen has everything you need and was immaculately clean. The host was responsive and was available at check-in to help us find the villa and settle in. We would definitely go back again.
