Vacation rentals with a patio in Dickson County

The kitchen is fully stocked, the bathroom was clean and the beds were comfy. Very spacious and airy. It was located in downtown Clarksville near the college. It made for perfect lodging for graduation weekend. The drive to Nashville was 1hr but didn't feel too bad. Great place to stay!!

The suite is spacious and plenty of room for a couple. We enjoyed the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and sitting spaces. The peacock theme is adorable. Also, we appreciate plenty of cold bottled water and snack items. The setting is very peaceful.

Stephen focuses on great hospitality. He is personable, but also mindful of his guest’s privacy. Unlike some hosts that manage a portfolio of listings, Stephen is singularly focused on your experience within his unit located directly under his own residence. He was responsive and accommodating throughout my time in this unit. The unit is also very nicely laid out and fully separate from the main residence. It is a converted garage/basement space that is outfitted with every amenity that you would need in a furnished apartment. Stephen also went beyond by investing in a few enhancements to maximize my comfort and that of future guests. I would stay here again and I recommend this unit to anyone needing a place to stay in this area. Thank you, Stephen!

I was well satisfied with the experience we had during our visit and will use this Location again when I need a place to bring a friend or family member thanks again. Miss Betty was great and easy to talk to. I guess the only little bit of frustration was trying to find the driveway in. I think the instructions need to be a little more clear. " Take the first road to your Right after you enter the gate" for example. All in highly recomend. Go Betty!!

This place was very nice and well worth the money, it was super clean and very modern. It is a new building with lots of amenities and a beautiful pool outside with kitchen. Only a 7 minute ride to broadway. The host was very responsive when I had questions. I would highly recommended this place to anyone. My next trip to Nashville I will definitely be looking to stay here again. Thanks

Beautiful place great price for the room. You won’t regret it. It looks just like the pictures we had the best time. It was peaceful love the chickens, rabbits, squirrels, and seen our Kentucky state bird their. Such a beautiful place inside and out!! Donna is very responsive, helpful and very kind. Great little amenities that expensive hotels would not even give you. We will return. We had such great privacy and neighborhood. Thank you for allowing us to stay for a great weekend and close to our concert. Very well worth the 4 hour drive from Kentucky!!!😊😊😊😊

Everything was clean and perfect for my daughter and her husband on their wedding night. Candice had decorations placed and went above and beyond to make them feel comfortable. They said the bed was comfy and the neighborhood was so cute and their stay was very private despite being toward the back of the house. We will definitely be booking this room again for future guests

Super great place to stay! My best friend got married in Clarksville and my whole family needed a place to stay. Had all the amenities for my little daughter and my nephew. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful home! We loved the location!

House is very convenient to the things we needed. I guess it’s a local Mennonite or Amish store is amazing and they must visit just a few miles away. Located right on the river you can fish from the riverbank or enjoy an afternoon hanging out in their outdoor bar. She was a great host very helpful even sent an AC mechanic just in case something was wrong, but the house was as described and a cozy river cabin.

"The Spot" was perfect for our stay. The surroundings were so beautiful and peaceful. Upon arrival, my daughter spotted a deer nestled down in the wooded area just a few feet from the driveway. If you love nature, like I do, then you would definitely enjoy this location. The house was clean, nicely decorated, and stocked very well. The host...Khaled & Doreen, are awesome. They were very accommodating for our needs, and always quick to respond anytime I had a question. If you're looking for a nice "spot", this is it, in my opinion.

Cutest house….we loved how peaceful and beautiful it was. Enjoyed our morning coffee on the front porch in the rocking chairs 😊. Would definitely stay again if we get back this way.

This is a great place, I've stayed several times now and always pleased with the stay. Beds are comfortable multiple showers and restrooms. The kitchen is a win too with all amenities ready to cook breakfast !

Home was clean, quiet; stocked with detergents for washer and dishwasher. My love that I didn’t have to go anywhere to get coffee. I love the balcony and spent a lot of time out there watching cars go by. This isn’t my first time staying in one of these lofts! There always my go to when I visit Clarksville!

was an interesting place. Great amenities. loved the extra touches like the reading material. I love books. only drawback was that since it was an apartment the people on the top floor would pace back and forth. very distracting. But that was out of Alesa's control. Alesa was a good host.

I had booked this place for my bachelorette trip and it was perfect! I wanted a country vibe and this place gave it! Me & my girls had the best time, felt safe, comfortable, and in a very clean space! The Airbnb was perfect to hang out at, with a nice porch and the best photo opportunities. It also was less than 10 minutes to Broadway which was perfect! I want to stay already again!! Best host & place I’ve ever stayed!

John was gracious, friendly and accomodating. He was quick to respond during my own "challenges" with entry. His home location was perfect as it was near many great restaurants and bars. We celebrated a milestone anniversary and John and his wife made it memorable! We would stay with John again!
