This large private 2-room guest suite (68 sqm / 732 sq ft) is located in an independent wing of our apartment, dedicated specifically to our guests and family members staying over at our place. It is completely independent and very private, located on the first floor, facing the calm and charming inner garden of a new construction condominium building with floor to ceiling french windows and luxurious indoor and outdoor finishings. A private elevator leads directly into the apartment, where a separate door opens directly into your private suite area. The space features elegant heartwood floors with central heating, a sleek, luxurious and modern bathroom with rain shower and separate bathtub, as well as a fully equipped modern high-end kitchen. The living spaces are elegantly furnished with lots of love to small details. The bedroom features a king size (180x200cm) luxurious and very comfortable boxspring bed, where good night's sleep is guaranteed! All rooms of the suite face calm idyllic gardens, that will make you forget that you're actually staying in the city center. Guests have access to a 49 inch TV with Amazon FireTV Stick and complimentary entertainment: International TV, Netflix & Amazon PrimeVideo. Every guest finds at his arrival a breakfast set containing coffee, tea, Nesquik, jam, honey, Nutella, cornflakes, as well as a fridge filled with fresh milk, juice, butter, cheese and salami. Croissants and mini baguettes are in the freezer and ready to be baked in the oven. You will also find cooking essentials as olive oil, aceto balsamico, salt and pepper. One of us is always available online. In case you need any kind of help, please don't hesitate to let us know and feel free to contact us. We'll be happy to help! Located in the historic city center, this charming neighborhood is walking distance from superb restaurants and shopping as well as iconic locations like the Alexanderplatz, Checkpoint Charlie, and opera houses. U2 subway station is located in front of the building entrance. S-Bahnhof Alexanderplatz is within 2 min walking distance. If you need to do your laundry please let us know one day before your arrival . We'll gladly do the laundry for you, but we need to organize it, as the washing machine is located in our part of the apartment. You'll find a laundry bag in the bedroom's closet. The full service costs 20€ (to be paid cash upon arrival).

My apartment is situated in the trendy “Prenzlauer Berg” neighborhood. The apartment is on the 1st floor (Amer. 2nd), facing the quiet inner yard, well lit through two large French windows. The view features a restored factory and studios. The studio area is 40 square meters in size, contains a double bed, a mini kitchen containing everything to chill and cook. The studio has a lucid corridor and a luxury bathroom containing a shower and bathtub and underfloor heathing. The entire apartment is 60 square meters in size and tastefully furnished, mixing modern and classic design notes. Fast internet is available. The neighbourhood is very well liked and one of the trendiest in Berlin. Bakeries, coffee shops, bike rentals, public parks and a supermarket are in the immediate vicinity. The world renowned “Mauerpark” with its many attractions and flee market (on weekends) is 15 minutes by bike. The street is nonetheless quiet, situated between two large boulevards, with fantastic public transportation to the ariports as well as other central landmarks, and quarters, such as Alexanderplatz, the East Side Gallery, Mitte, Friedrichshain etc. You can walk to the Kastanienallee und Alte Schönhauser Allee, two hip shopping boulevards. A lot of young people live here, I am sure you will love it!

Surrounded by forest and meadows, the house has a magnificent panorama from the sun terrace. The house has 1,200 square meters of natural garden/forest. With open eyes and ears you can experience many forest dwellers. In the morning squirrels, the kite at noon, deer in the evening or the owl at night. A squirrel feeding station, binoculars and a wildlife camera are used for nature observation.

You have direct access to the property from the staircase. Grill and fireplace are available in the garden. The Elbe, biosphere reserve, water crossing point and others offer many recreational opportunities in nature.

Lovely little 2 rooms apt (48 m2) in the best city location, on foot to Alexanderplatz. Ideal for a short stay in startegic location: Rosenthler Platz, Torstrasse, Kulturbrauerei. PROS: balcony for smokers (!) + incl. bedlinen & towels + high-speed WiFi + hairdryer + cooking facilities + elevator + check-in at night possible + babybed (if needed) CONTRAS: very bright (too much sunlight) - LOUD (busy street -> traffic noise) - NO parking facilities - NO TV - NO washing machine - EXPENSIVE

Hier erwartet Dich ein Mini- Apartment (18qm) mit allem was man für einen Aufenthalt von ein paar Tagen braucht. Bett, Küche und Dusche sind offen gestaltet und sorgen dafür, daß man sich nicht eingeengt fühlt, trotz der wenigen Quadratmeter. Das WC hat eine eigene Türe. Gelegen im 4. Stock eines sanierten Altbaus in der beliebten Winsstraße, eigener Eingang und Aussicht nach hinten ins Grüne (kein Aufzug). Auch wir wohnen in dem Haus und helfen gerne bei Fragen oder mit Tipps.

I rent it when I am out of town, I have been living here for 14 years so you will find my personal belongings (no valuables) and a lot of love in the apartment so treat it as if it was yours! Beautiful, 160m2 (or 1700 square feet) apartment in an older building with stucco and high ceilings close to the main station in the heart of Berlin (area Berlin-Mitte). The nicely renovated kitchen/living room with a long table is perfect for friendly get-togethers. Wifi, linen, bath and hand towels, skin-friendly soap, and green gas and electricity included. There are no additional charges. We love families - children up to 12 years are free of charge.

Our houseboat is a cozy, modern fixed boat, which is located on a jetty of a campsite. The high-quality equipment and the fantastic view over the Templin lake make it difficult for us to leave every time. In summer we enjoy the 90 sqm roof terrace, which also invites you to barbecue. Through underfloor heating, fireplace and private sauna, we make our houseboat a fantastic retreat even in winter.

A very lovely, quiet place to stay in beautiful surroundings. My two young kids loved entertaining themselves the toys and there was plenty of space. I loved to have a cup of coffee in the beautiful dining room looking out on the garden. The grocery store around the corner was very convenient. The home is just as lovely at the pictures and I would definitely stay here again when I return to Berlin. The host was kind and responsive.

Beautiful gracious apartment in a delightful part of Berlin - the best kitchen we have ever seen - characterful and impeccably furnished rooms. Wide tree-lined street with restaurants and families and a market. We are dreaming of spending a month here living in Berlin.

We loved our stay. The apartment is extremely beautifully designed with high end appliances and furniture. There was everything we needed for our two nights stay over new years. We traveled with our 8 months old baby and didn’t need to bring anything - baby bed, high chair and baby cutlery, even some toys were there. A perfect stressless getaway. The hosts were very friendly and made us feel welcome right away. Supermarket and the train station are walkable. Thanks again for a great vacation!

We had a very nice weekend on Florian's houseboat. Communication was quick and friendly, we were able to check in earlier and check out later, which made us very happy. We had food with us to make a daily breakfast with fried egg, oil, salt, pepper were available. We had our SUP with us and paddled to the Werder peninsula in 30 minutes. There you can take a walk, eat ice cream or have dinner. We also tried the Italian near the boathouse, which Florian recommended to us, and were very satisfied. We had two good nights, the bed is small but very cozy and cuddly. We liked being awakened in the morning by the waves and the sounds of water. We highly recommend this ship to every boat and water lover and those who want to become one 😀

3 BR Country Home near Berlin – BBQ, Fireplace

We chose the place because we wanted to relax an extended weekend, enjoy peace and cycling. We were not disappointed. The property is an old four-sided courtyard where the residential building has been renovated. But the old charm came through everywhere (the old wooden and tile floors are a dream). The kitchen has everything you need, just like the bathroom. All rooms are spacious, bright and nicely decorated. The largest courtyard is super relaxing, you can sit in the countryside in the sun and have your peace and quiet. BBQ and fire bowl complete the offer. But the best are the 2 cats that belong to the yard. Completely uncomplicated, they accept you as new roommates and demand their petting and are happy that someone is there. The area is great for cycling and hiking. A very slow short trip.
