The house, located in the backyard of our main residence, is approx 600 sqft with a bedroom, living room and a full kitchen with a small fridge. The area is fully fenced in for privacy along with a patio and furniture. A separate table and 2 office chairs are available for a work area that can be closed off from the rest of the house during the day.
