The Otter Lake Cottage is in a small fishing village with beaches 6mi. It sets on 3/4 acre with a concrete grill area out back ,plenty of parking space if you want to bring your boat canoe or bikes. Large covered porch on the front. There is beautiful rivers for canoeing or swimming, great fishing it is also less than a mile away from the Gulf. Wakulla has great Seafood restaurant'syou can dine over the water or by it. We have a park for kids and the Gulf Marine lab where they can touch and learn about sea turtles and all marine life. This is the perfect place to have a quiet get away. Otter Lake is a great place to walk it has bald eagles bird trails walking trails a great place for picnics. It's located in the national forest just down the rd.

Excellent spot for a get away. The place was small and cozy. By the water was a major plus, as the mornings and evenings were peaceful and enjoyable. Our grandkids enjoyed the bay and the beach area as they got to see many marine life. The host was very attentive, and the place had all we needed. I recommend this place for a quiet and relaxing getaway.

My stay was very enjoyable! Anna was responsive to my call prior to arriving. This is a plus, because the location is a little tricky to find. She guided me and stayed on the phone with me to ensure I made it inside without a problem. There were plenty of board games in the living room area to play, which was a surprise! Overall, an enjoyable stay!

10/10 recommend! My fiancé and I loved our stay! The place was very accommodating and homey. Heather was responsive and a lovely host! We also brought our dog with us and it was perfect for her as well! Fenced in backyard and front yard allowed for plenty of room for her.
