Recently stayed in the annex on two separate occasions due to ongoing work commitments in the area. The first stay was for 10 consecutive nights, and because we were so impressed with the property, we re-booked for the following week. Highlights: - excellent kitchen facilities for preparing own meals - short distance to Hythe town centre for access to supermarkets, restaurants etc. - spotlessly clean throughout on both occasions - Rob is an excellent and very friendly host - responded promptly to any queries, checked in with us to make sure we were happy, and provided us with a pint of milk on arrival as well as extra towels for our 10 night stay. Would strongly recommend the annex to anyone wishing to stay in the area.

Mike’s place was an ideal base to explore the nearby New Forrest. It was cosy and had everything we needed for a weekend away.The hot-tub was definitely the highlight to Mike’s Place,especially after a day of exploring. Mike was very proactive in communicating check-in arrangement and explain everything to us including local restaurants and takeaways While the studio is next to the owners house, it felt both peaceful and private

We had a lovely stay at Diana’s and would definitely stay again. Nothing was too much trouble, Hythe village is walkable and the apartment was lovely - extremely well appointed and even better than the photos.

Great little apartment, in a nice little village which was perfect for my work stay. Very quiet in the evenings and right next to shop for any bits and bobs. Wouldn’t hesitate staying again
