“Montegrazie is a charming little town, and Anna's place is in a great location with an excellent view. The apartment itself is full of character, with a lot of attention to detail. It has everything you need for a short stay, including mosquito screens on the windows, which was very nice. The apartment is in the basement and has stone/brick walls, so it is a little damp and musty, but also relatively cool even when it is very hot outside. Anna and her husband were wonderful hosts!”

Excellent location for those who love to stay out of the tourist chaos with the possibility of being able to take advantage of the outdoor garden, the always available parking and the delicacy and education of the neighborhood that add value to the holiday. “Fantastic stay! So I only leaving feedbacks when it's extremely outstanding or opposite. 0. Location - is awesome literally 800 yards from free nice beach if like quiet sea and 1,5 mile if you want to taste clean ocean waves - also get snorkeling masks it's flat bottom for half a mile and water unbelievable clean. On the beaches there is only mostly locals and only few tourists. Almost no annoying salesmans. Also there is 3 supermarkets right around the corner from appartment - Conad, little Pam and big Pam. We liked Conad better - there is a coconut ice cream in coconut shells there. 1. Quietness of appartement - most night parties goes on the next street or by the seafront. Only in the morning time there is a street cleaning going on but overall it's not that bad. 2. Safety. Appartement locating on the 2 floor and has locking main entrance and really nice like from safe door in the apartment itself - no way anyone can brake it - it's made of real steel. 3. Appartement itself - was recently renovated. It's clean and nice, has small refrigerator - good to keep food for 2 people and small washing machine also good for 2. Hot and cold water has good pressure and constant. Appartement itself is very very tall - around 4 yards/meters. I felt like being in real, old school Italian house. Bed is soft enough and it's single piece of queen size without regular European hole in the middle lol 4. Hospitality - outstanding!!! Period!!! Landlord spent whole his Sunday fixing problem with appliances while we was on the beach. It's a couple - they are very nice and extremely friendly!!! 5. Parking - with white lines are totally free - with blue lines need be paid only during the day. Parking which located right after kids playground has nice trees and you can park your car there for whole day being in free shade - awesome!!!
