The forth river cottage is easily one of the most peaceful and comfortable places we’ve ever been. The bath was a definite highlight, and the food and treats for us were amazing and very appreciated. We slept so peacefully and I honestly didn’t want to leave! Regret only booking 2 nights here. Thanks again for our stay.

My wife and I spent a few nights in Jason’s place while exploring Cradle Mountain, Ulverstone, and Devonport. The heating was especially great during the cold off-season. We enjoyed the outdoor bathtub, tv, and kitchen amenities. We also enjoyed the sheep that would greet us as we drove in. Would happily stay again.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Greens Beach. The house was warm, cozy, and instantly felt like home — the kind of place that invites you to truly relax, unwind, and enjoy the moment. We spent our time playing games, sharing laughs, and soaking up some much-needed family time. While there isn’t a lot to do in Greens Beach itself, that suited us perfectly. This trip was all about slowing down and making special memories together, and the house made that so easy. It was beautifully set up and had everything we needed to feel comfortable and at ease. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with the people you love most.

A beautiful quiet farm stay. Susan and Frank were a pleasure to deal with. An abundance of farm fresh eggs which we turned into the yummiest breakfast omelets. A beautiful garden setting.

Just a wonderful place to stay! The photos do not do it justice, it is absolutely beautiful! Bigger space than expected and so warm and welcoming, a lovely place to have a peaceful break. Total silence all day and night (apart from the bird sounds!) and extremely private with some gorgeous walks out the back. The wood heater is really efficient and kept us very warm, the bed and pillows are extremely comfortable and the kitchen has everything you could need. We felt so at home and loved it so much we are going back again in a couple of weeks! Just one thing to note, the stove top is an induction style so you need to place your saucepan on the heating element first, before you turn it on, otherwise it will not heat up 😊

The most beautiful accomodation! We only stayed one night but are already taking about coming back next year! Waking up to the lake frozen over was so magical. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking at staying in the area. We will be back!! Thank you Linda for being an amazing host.

This place is a little gem. A true bnb with super comfy bed and pillows. The breakfast supplies were outstanding including bacon, eggs, fresh milk, muffins, yoghurt and bread. Also cereal supplies and various coffee options. Made a big difference with my late check in and meant I could just relax the next morning. A peaceful place and the bonus of being dog friendly. Highly recommend staying for a few days.

This place was so cute and homie. The location was nice to be out of the main area of cradle, but an easy drive in the morning! Stuart was very helpful getting me checked in and having the heater on when I arrived. I even had a friend come borrow a charger while I was hiking and he was vigilant with the security cameras and came over to make sure my stuff was okay. The place was just as pictured if not better! Ask him to bring over his chocolate lab Nugget to say hello. He was adorable and in the puppy stage!

A lovely house, with all of the comforts you need for a pleasant stay in Launceston. A fantastic location. Lovely decor, fun additions for children, and thankfully doggy friendly. We had a really lovely, extended stay in this home.

It is a gorgeous house very beautifully furnished and styled. Everything is very good quality from the products in the kitchen and bathroom to the great towels and the main bed was so very comfortable. The yard was safe for our two little dogs and there is a dog park and a really fabulous walking path about 500m away. The attention to detail by Kristen is amazing. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back to stay.

Feel so at home at Mark's place. Second time and there will be more. A natural wonderland of protected wildlife on the short walk to the beach. Back gate into large, enclosed yard with veranda for sandy and wet dogs to dry off. Great kitchen and spacious living areas.

The space was impeccably clean, thoughtfully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring we had all the information we needed. The location was ideal—peaceful yet conveniently close to local attractions, making it easy to explore the area. We especially appreciated the cozy ambiance and the little touches that made the place feel like a home away from home. Though our stay was short, it was memorable, and we would not hesitate to return for another visit. Highly recommend!

Such a beautiful place to explore and step back into time. A farm stay like no other. Pumpkin Cottage is such a cozy, clean, warm and inviting place to stay with all the amenities. Extra bonus it was a true Airbnb and included breakfast provisions , including fresh farm eggs.

We had a bit of trouble with the electronic lock, but Julia was pretty quick to respond and sorted the problem quickly. The front bedrooms were a tiny bit noisy once the trucks started going past in the morning, but I suspect the back bedroom would be peaceful. We loved the dartboard. The kitchen was spotless with loads of cutlery and crockery. The location was perfect for our purposes. Great stay, thank you.

What a place. Fire place, dry firewood. Amazing heaters for a cold and wet snap in June. Amazing linen. Beautifully decorated and felt very homely. Just a magic host and can’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you Alice

This is an amazing place in a beautiful location. The home is very cosy with minimal use of heating - -2 outside, beautiful inside. This place is truly a credit to Marg and her husband. Coming from regional Qld and off the land, we can appreciate the rabbit population can be a problem but, they are very cute running around in the frosty morning!!! Wouldnt change a thing about this lovely bnb.

We had a great stay. Nice house and good location, very convenient for the football at York Park and easily walkable for everything on offer in Launceston city. Sarah was very helpful and responsive.

Nicky and Rob were absolutely lovely and great host. The location is beautiful, and stunning walk nearby the water. They were very helpful and made every effort to make our stay comfortable.

lovely place to relax Had a little bit of trouble finding place. Reason been the gp maps sending us wrong way.Maria and Brent were patient with us getting there. once place found very easy driving around. accommodation has everything you need and basket of goodies left were a surprise

Our stay was very comfortable, clean and cosy. It was a chilly night and you wouldn’t have known it inside. Excellent.
